GW2 WvW Roaming Classes Tier List

The currently most rewarding classes to play when playing Guild Wars 2 WvW small scale combat. Obviously these are opinions and based on how I play the game, but you can find compositions and playstyles to make all of the classes work for you.

These tier videos are pretty good. But in the end it all comea down to what you enjoy the most in a MMORPG. And I enjoy all the Engineer specs for whatevr content. I still see a lot of Mechanist roaming videos too.

If we are talking about DH - dragonhunter, wchich build will be better in roaming? I mean radiance with trapper runes or Valor with fireworks runes?

i prefer the valor build because it doesnt rely on cheesey stealth, but the trapper rune build is without a doubt strong

Please share that reaper gameplay where its good to disengage from most classes with mobility because mesmers thief warrior ranger etc all move more have lower cds and much more stability and survival tools.?

You can roam in core, necro and warrior, are perfect examples.

I roam with core revenant with tanky and condition style. I've easily done 1v2 with Salvation | Invocation | Corruption. Since the weapon master is out, it goes well with Shortbow & Staff. So make seat for the core classes.

Seems solid. Would put DE in S-tier in its current state tho. And maybe Holo rather B because its just so susceptible to condis and CC without really making up in dmg for that.

As a Holosmith main imma say you're not weak against those things if you build right. It's definitely in high A tier.

Why not include something like core war in the mix? I get that most core builds are pretty bad, but it seems worthy of tossing in the mix.

even core ele can be a good pick, but the reality is no one plays these builds and for simplicity sake i didnt want to include some but not all, of course everything is viable

@@lindolyt I guess is because people like New things and the New specs are coolest then core specs, so they just talk about new specs. The new specs have a focus, they deal more damage or have more sustain or have more mobility or etc so people are more interested in these specs so core looks boring, but when people got beated with New classes, they log ok core main to try a revenge on WvW 💪🏽🤪👍🏽

Most of it. Although deadeye has dropped down to B, and bladesworn has probably gone up to C.
