Grills are awesome, the best fucking baby back ribs I ever ate was off my little cheap charcoal grill, using hickory wood and charcoal smoked em for about 4 hours, had em kinda wrapped in foil but open bubbling in butter and broth from boiling the ribs, omfg those ribs were goddamn ridiculously good now I hungry lol, point is it doesn't matter how expensive your grill is to become a grill master
