Being a teenager, I see such podcasts identifying all the problems and taboos of society. Unfortunately, everyone only identifies the problems but not their solutions. Everyone knows these problems exist, what we want is solution. He says education systems make labour force for corporates but doesn't share the way to overcome this problem. What's the way to be a leader then. We need solutions not only identifications of problems.
shit idk much about life either but one thing i know for sure is money is a move you make for power, not the power to make moves, get it?. Yaani apko bas koi purpose chahiye jahan paisa lagaya jaye (this is what entreprenuership really is).

I would recommend that the EON team conduct detailed research on OIL FIELDS in Pakistan.
1- The involvement of FOREIGN COMPANIES.
2- Unavailability of ADVANCED technology to discover offshore oil fields (beneath the seabed).
3- The Lack of REFINERIES, causing Pakistan to import refined petroleum instead of CRUDE OIL and lose BILLIONS WORTH USD annually.

Your conversation is very fruitful but i want to add one thing about Sakhawat concept in islam. Not just Sakhawat means that if you have a lot of money, you are billionaire or millionaire, then you have to give charity for sake of Allah(swt). But sakhawat is also means that if you have not lot of money but the money which is just full filled your needs, at that time you give charity, or spend in the way of Allah(swt) is more beautiful or favourite action in front Allah(swt) rathar than if you give charity when you have lot of money( not means that its not beautiful or favourite deed for Allah(swt) it is).
So if someone says that i give charity when i have lot of money, So anyone prayer in front of Allah(swt) that Allah(swt) give me money then i give charity. So.i think it is just his/her excuses.

AoA, all the issue highlited are well acknolwedged especially education system and the lack of skill development system. I suggest that you have sources why dont you come with solutions some kind of institute who can teach a child about money makiing with reff. of the life of NABI (SAW) Sahaba (RA)
Western education system in regular schools have introduced skills based foundation subjects from grade 9-12 and these credits can be rolled over to collage. Core courses like maths, social studies, English, science and languages are mandatory to meet high school graduation. Depending on the interest of a student he/she can get to choose their electives like welding, carpentry, nursing, computers, medical, sports, electrician, phlebotomist... and can built upon that in collage. So by the time a child is out of school he is equipped with some skill set and load full of confidence.

Pakistan is one of the largest amount zakat giving country. Why criticising Zakat matter for pakistan. May be 35% of people would not be giving zakaat, but majority is giving zakaat Alhamdulillah.

I have v simple thoughts about money. If money doesn’t make you do gunnah it’s all well and good. And if you want to increase yours, become a means for others. That’s what “business” is. The Value added. Do a business which requires a lot of labor. Hire many people even if the business makes a tiny margin in the end. That’s the best and scalable model of business growth. Become the means of people’s rizi roti. That’s it.
