NSMBU is referring to a theme in SMM2, not what it is base off.
What is it based off of then

The part OF the level, when your avoiding the fire bars, I would put the silence effect, but I loved this level so much

I always get this feeling that bowser just wants a hug but he almost never gets one since Mario IS BEAST

I must admit, that's an awesome level my man. It's very hard to come by good levels nowadays.
To me, this seems like a NSMBW stage, not really an NSMBU stage.

that was so cool what you did with bowser dieing and coming back just like in nsmbwii
And speaking of New Super Mario Bros. Wii, I love how you incorporated a brand new vertical sub-area inspired by that of World 8-Castle from said game. And speaking of the Bowser battle in this new version of your epic castle level, incorporating the new On/Off Switch’s mechanics into said battle, most prominently in the first phase, was a stroke of genius!

Finally back to create level for Mario Maker.
You can get 3 extra life in this level for endless mode.
1st - Collect the coin, play the level how it supposed to.
2nd - Hit 8 Winged Dry Bone mid air, show your skill and you will be rewarded.
3rd - Wait long enough at the last floating platform, Bowser will breathe down your neck but you just have to wait a little longer!

It's a nice level but how did you work out when bowser died and came back and who hit the on/off switch when mario hit the P-switch?
Big Bowser always up there but get bounce in place by Side way Spring, so he don't use his fire balls. Pressing P-Switch drop Muncher on Bob-omb and hit On/Off with its blast. Also once again when P-switch over. And when On/Off got hit 2 time, it will remove the spring and drop Bowser on Conveyor Belt that push him off to the right, result in him fall down in an angle that look like he jumped down. Also, I drop him that close because I need Final Boss music to play.

Not too sure yet. I could find a way to make the more accurate recreation, or just make it's in to something new.

Any tips?
Magic Mommy Experience is the key. First try online expert (not super expert) level, there alot of great level. Get some idea and try them out. And you could search for video showcasing amazing level too. Mario Maker is a great community, most people are friendly don’t afraid to ask around :D

But he don't under stand 2 thing.
1) Power up always at the right wall before enter boss door in all NSMB official level. It's not evil to hide it there, it would be disappointing for it to not be there.
2) If you crouch next to Bowser when he use fire roar, all the fire balls will go over your head. That why you shouldn't stay too far from him.
