One thing that I’m doing that’s a bit different than you is actually focusing on the realtors that are new. I’m new to the business and I’ve found realtors that are new are more willing to work with me than a 20 year veteran with 10 preferred lenders

Hey Whoa-There1995 its 1-2% of the loan amount, so if the loan is 500K its 5-10K per deal. If you close 10 per month thats 50-100K per month.
