I appreciated this walk through video, thanks! As someone who is completely new to the prosumer level espresso machines, I just needed something to show me basic settings and how to program it so I can drink decent coffee while I learn how to properly profile and dial in the machine. I was struggling big time with just using the paddle right off the bat.

Hi Jim, You keep calling it a 'pressure valve'. Strictly, it's a 'flow valve' that does have some relationship with pressure. Not the other way around. Love the machine.

How does this machine compare to the ECM Sychronika or the Profitec Pro 700. I have been told that the Lelit’s side panels are held by plastics screw fasteners. Which would ware down quicker.

Sorry September was a busy month! The higher cost is based on the coating over stainless steel AND the Maple wood trim.
