    This is a simple recipe that requires only cabbage, breadcrumbs, flour, sour cream, eggs and spices.
    If you have these ingredients at home, you can easily make this delicious cabbage skillet recipe.

    INGREDIENTS:
    Young cabbage
    We need cabbage leaves without the core
    Remove hard parts of the leaf
    If the cabbage leaf is large, it is advisable to cut it
    Add 1 teaspoon of salt to boiling water
    Add cabbage leaves to boiling water. Cook for 1 minute to soften the cabbage slightly.
    Be careful not to get burned!
    When the time is up, carefully remove the cabbage from the boiling water.
    1 egg
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon ground black pepper
    1 teaspoon paprika (optional)
    Mix well
    2 tablespoons sour cream
    Wheat flour
    Breadcrumbs
    Sequence as in video
    Vegetable oil
    Fry on both sides over low heat until golden brown.
    I do not add paprika to the second half of the dough. The cabbage turns out to be light in color
