This is available without the thumb indexing in the duradera imitation leather zippered edition. I really like these Oxford editions but I can't stand thumb indexing. I do wish they'd make more editions with thumb indexing optional. BTW, nice review.

You would be surprised what you find when you look up who your publishers are really.
The Bible you referred to in the beginning, go study who that company is by what they publish, sell, and who really owns them.
I trust Church Bible Publishers. There are a few but you must do your research.
