Hola Mariana! ¿El Selfie stick que tienes es exactamente el mismo modelo del de este video? Este solo necesita conectarse por bluetooth. Si el tuyo es un modelo diferente del Q02s, a lo mejor en las instrucciones del producto aparece el nombre de la app que necesites
