    🍯 This type of caramel sauce is called "wet caramel sauce".
    🍯 It's better to use stainless steel containers because they distribute heat even and it speeds up the melting process of sugar.
    🍯 In the first step (before the ingredients turn coffee-colored), do not mix the ingredients at all, just rotate the skillet.(Because caramel tends to crystallize)
    🍯 Be sure to stay attentive while making caramel sauce as the ingredients can burn quickly, so always keep an eye on it.
    🍯 When making caramel sauce, because burning with caramel is very dangerous, make sure there are no children around you. (And be careful yourself too).
    🍯 To prevent caramel from crystallizing while rotating the skillet, if sugar sticks to the sides of the skillet, use a water-dipped brush to brush around the skillet.
