  • I love me some fresh roses 🌹 and ofcourse some hot steaming Rose Momo
    Here's how to make this gorgeous yet easy recipe which is sure to steal the show at any house party ☺️
    Rose momos
    Beetroot juice recipe-
    1 small beetroot
    1 cup water
    Blend the beetroot and water together in a mixie. Strain in a muslin cloth and retain the water.
    Dough recipe:-
    1 cup flour
    Beetroot juice to make a firm dough (around 1/3 cup)
    Oil 1 tbsp
    Salt 1/2 tsp
    Knead into a firm dough. Rest for 30 minutes before using.
    Filling:-
    Paneer grated - 1 cup
    Cheese - 1/2 cup
    Onion - 1/4 cup
    Garlic - 1 tbsp
    Ginger - 1 tbsp
    Spring onion - 1/2 cup
    Hot Oil 2 tbsp
    Mix everything well together.
    *Assembly:- *
    Roll out the dough thinly in 3 inch rounds. And arrange 4 lengthwise. Brush with water on the sides.
    Pipe out the filling in the centre. Carefully bring the edges together and press down to seal.
    Brush the inner side with some more water. Tightly roll to form a rose.
    Place on parchment paper and steam for 8-10 minutes till its not sticky to touch.
    Serve with Til Wala Momo Chutney (Previous reel)
