In this VICE Sports exclusive, he talks about feeling quicker and living better, and even gives his best Vegan Ric Flair impression.

Master Mo We are suppose to be growing our own food on a family to family basis, people do still do that believe it or not, and if our population weren't so high, and if people were smarter about their health, than maybe more people could do this. People also eat ten times more than they think they need to, someone with your size and muscle will have trouble keeping that muscle on obviously, but you would just be skinnier, which is arguably much more healthier. Don't get me wrong though, I respect anyone trying to be in the best physical shape that they can be in, but from my vast experience I concluded that being lighter on the feet, and not needing as much intake of foods, to be the most optimal as far as superior health, but in our 20s and 30s it is fun to see what we can achieve athletically, hope you stick with your training as a life long decision, but as we go up in age it is good to modify it for our benifit. Everything is a placebo effect anyways, but we live in the illusion and can only get a peak out of it here and there.

Spauzy first of all get your facts right - b12 doesn’t come from the animal it comes from fresh water . But because water is polluted now days the animals also get b12 supplements. Animals cannot make b12 within there own body. Secondly iron is one of the most common thing a vegan can consume, there is iron in big quantities in lentils, chick peas, black beans and all the nuts and seeds. Maybe you should start reading a bit more before you write things because you heard them from someone.

I was stuck with my vegan friends, snowed in, found a cabin in the woods for a week.
Food available were 2 ten lbs bags each of organic long grain rice and organic black beans ( about $46 total from Cosco)
We had back packs of fresh and dried org fruits for energy, we always do. Weather turned and we found the cabin which obviously belonged to a vegan snow athlete. ( We also found several glass jars of dried mushrooms and spouted pumkin seeds with a note : "If you needed refuge from the weather, help yourself".
We ate rice and beans and mushrooms for a week with our fruit.
We all lost weight in our midsection, felt fitter and more firm, muscles rock hard and defines Even those without abs showed abs, slept like babies, non of us got sick from the freezing cold also inside ( no heat) non of us lost muscle or got depressed. Actually we all felt happier and healthier then ever. VEGAN FOR LIFE. Everyone stayed vegan. This was 2012. We're all still Daredevil, extreme althletes, even older we experience no more pain or recovery periods. #Vegan #Plamtbased

Also what about the emissions your car, computer, planes you fly in, and TV gives off? Isn't that hurting the environment and animals? Do you harm mosquitoes or other insects? What about ants or fly's? This is why vegans are all full of crap. Most vegans are vegans because it gives them an "air of exclusivity". They want to be able to tell the world and their friends or social circle that their vegan. They think being vegan gives them some kind of cool "social edge". White people are really into this but minorities are falling into it too now unfortunately. Also, I forgot to mention you do realize that somewhere along the supply chain of all your belongings being made an animal was harmed. Why? Well in order for you to have something that was assembled in lets say China, Malaysia, USA, or Mexico a worker had to assemble it. That worker most likely ate meat. So basically if you used any or most products made on this planet whether its "vegan" or not you've contributed to the killing of animals. This is why vegans in western countries have high mental illness. They're completely delusional.

3:45 Brought me to tears of joy and sadness, the little boy (his son) had been wanting Bens attention (and he was hungry) but he gave it to the camera so he was acting up (probably more than usual cause he couldnt recognize his dads behavior in front of VICE sports - happens when the spot light has been off for a while, he is only 33 and off the radar - healthy) BUT when the boy walked over and did wrong while they were joining energys he felt the energy and sincerity of the other male figures in his life and knew better, he joined the good in him. That made me so happy but it instantly hit me...You are locking up these fathers/brothers & boys :(

I’ve been plant-based (vegetarian to vegan) since 1998 & people have always questioned my sexuality because of it. As if only homosexuals go vegan or something??? 🤷🏽♂️ The most common reply I get when I tell people I’m vegan is, “Vegan? What are you, GAY?” (Not that there’s anything wrong with being gay, I just so happen to be heretosexual) I’m glad more men are beginning to eat plant-based to help break that misinterpreted stereotype.
