It was fun having you in the league Arizona Coyotes.
They aint ending their franchise
@@user-cq2dj3xl6vtrue. They’re just moving to a new location
Not really
Are the players moving to a new team in Utah? Will they be changing their name?
@@Mr_Ashley Maybe Utah Coyotes, Salt Lake City Salty Dawgs
Sharks fan here. I watched the Coyotes final game on ESPN+, and I didn’t expect to tear up at the end. I feel for all the fans. All I can say is good luck to the players, and hope they have fun playing at the Delta Center in SLC!
They never had fans in the first place. Hockey doesn't belong in the desert. It belongs in Canada. Good riddance 👏 😌
Brett Hull played for them
Feel for all the fans? Bro what fans? Rhats literally the whole issue, they show up on the LAST day ever and pretend to care? Oh pls stfu, if yall actually cared they wouldn't be in this situation in the first place. To the few actual loyal fans, I'm sry for you.
@@SSNESSthat’s awesome
i'm gonna be honest.. as an oilers fan, I was kinda cheering for the yotes.. I feel so bad for that fan base.. If it was me coaching the oilers I woulda told the guys to let them have the game.. our position is locked in the playoffs, and that fanbase deserves better.. one more win as a send off on their last home game in Phoenix would be nice for them... I'm honestly kinda glad they won
They got outworked and pounded by a team with far less skill.A sign of things to come?
Let this sink in your head. It's not about the win for us, it's those fans in attendance who lost their team. We are classy by not trying to slay them in their final game as a franchise in the NHL in Arizona. I know it's hard to understand, seems be enough low IQ and lack of common sense in the world today. But do try.
The fans deserved to go out with a win
@@normthompson923kinda like what I did to your mother
@@jmazen407 They showed your kinda class loser
Arizona Coyotes will never be forgotten in this league, we as fans across the league appreciate everything you've given us, way to show your fan base you care by playing really hard this season. Character is everything.
That Maccelli kid is pretty good.
As a Bolts fan I didn’t expect to get emotional watching this game but here we are. I’m sorry Yotes fans for what your ownership has done to you. You’ll get a team back soon enough. Love from Tampa ⚡️❤️
Sure hope so. So many young, fun to watch players on this team. Sad the players will never be back in AZ
@@BodyofWater_ Who knows, maybe you’ll get Josh Doan back and he can be the captain for the new Coyotes, time will tell
i agree not only are you right but it was a GREAT game :) i remember the years the lightning were hijacked by that stupid 'Saw' movie guy and his buddy... then Mr. Vinik came along and everything changed. they obviously have the players so it might be sooner then ppl think
It's actually the fans fault. They had a big arena and nobody cared to show up. So they moved to a place where they will fill seats and fans show up. Part time fans in Arizona, no local fans. Vacation fans.
@@I_amTurok If you don’t know what you’re talking about, then don’t bother commenting. Thanks!
BIG support for the all Yotes fans. I hope the Yotes are back in Arizona one day. This is a very good, and young team and i enjoy to watch their games. This last victory in this season corroborates that. Howl to one more time.
I got teared up from this. 😢 Such a pleasure seeing the Yotes in the Mullett. I hope they settle in well at their new home.
1996-2024. Gone but never forgotten. One of the most iconic logos in the NHL for sure.
I'm an Oilers fan but I was routing for the yotes tonight! I stand with any coyotes fan that has to feel this pain tonight.
8:29 Postinen would be a good hockey name
First name would have to be Yusi
Lmao I haven't heard of a person with that name but it's a perfect Finnish name. I checked the last name register and there are 20 people alive in Finland with that name, so very rare but it's there
@@Meemitalo_Penguins 4th line right now has a Finnish player named Puustinen. He scored last night. Pretty close.
I get every arena has it quirks, but couldn't they find a place to put the camera somewhere inside the building?
Great preformance against a good team Yotes! Wish you all the best in Utah 🙏🙏🙏
-Bolts fan
Godspeed, Yotes. Hope we see you again someday.
Can't imagine what must have been for their fan base.
Love, from a Sens fan. 🥰
You're very kind. Thank you. It feels bad. Like a death.
What a game, and what an end to an era.
Oilers playing like it's the pre-season
in a way, it is
You can call it pre-playoff
You mean playoff form?
I mean if you use your brain you might figure out why that is.
1. This game meant nothing to Edmonton. A win would not have changed their seeding
2. This was the Coyotes FINAL game as a team. You don't think Edmonton might've sandbagged out of respect, maybe even a little bit?
Before you say I'm an Oilers fan, I'm not. I'm a Lightning Fan - I have no horse in this race. I'm just thinking logically, not emotionally like you. Calm tf down, I swear people who know nothing about hockey are always so quick to whine when their team loses. This game LITERALLY didn't matter for either team. Stop taking it so seriously and change your tampon for christ's sake
As far as I am concerned the game was fixed so that the Yotes went out on a win and their fans will realize that it was "given" to them. Lets face it, at the start of the season we saw the Oilers lose so often that they don't need to practise it before before the play-off start!
Last game ever and you don’t even have the AZ announcers….? Come on ?!? oh whatever.. gonna miss ya guys
Look I gotta ask, I've been wondering all season. Why does Sportsnet decide to use the feed of the team that lost the game for the highlights. This is something they've done for a ton of games, but how could you do it for this game considering it's the Coyotes last game in Arizona, wouldn't you want the Coyotes feed for there last game in the NHL
it's got nothing to do with who won or lost, it's about networks and broadcast rights and intellectual property law. In this case, they used the Oilers feed, which is their own feed, because they have broadcast rights to Oilers games. I'm not sure what all red tape is involved in them using highlights from other networks (I don't think they ever use TSN highlights for Jets games, for example), but I am confident using highlights from their own broadcasts is legally way simpler.
Желаю, чтобы и следующие матчи Эдмонтон также сыграл...
Желаю, что бы, завалил хлебало, русский любитель, чеченских писюнов. Убирайся в дерьмо под названием КХЛ. И семью свою дырявую забери😂😂😂
No, you can not invade Arizona.
Thanks to the Sportsnet logo, we couldn't see the puck on the slow mo replay of the called off goal. 2:24
Sens fan brought to tears watching this. Can’t even imagine the pain of losing my team, my heart goes out to you Yotes fans! You’ll be back.
The fans will be my family forever ❤️
I'm so sorry Coyotes fans. I can only imagine your sadness pain and frustration and I hope you guys will one day have a new team with actual owners. You guys are very passionate about the sport and I hope you can keep that passion.
The coyotes, and their awesome jerseys, will be missed. Hopefully things work out better for this franchise in SLC.
We made the Coyotes look like contenders.
720p my a**
How will you ever survive!?
@@jrc01718 this is life and death! 😅
As a soccer fan, I want to congratulate the Oilers on being able to skate.
I may have been celebrating my birthday, but today was all about you.
Rip Dogs
My first ever game was an Arizona Coyote’s game. I don’t remember it because I was 1 year old and I am also a penguin fan but they still have a special place in my heart. 😢
I'm so glad we won the last one. What a happy and sad night 😢
Thank you Arizona Coyotes!!! Will be following yall to Utah!!! 🥺😭
Even in the last ever Coyotes game, the Canadian announcers can't manage any respect for them. Hockey belongs in the desert, too. It's not just cold weather. Guenther is such a great talent. I'm gonna miss u Yotes...
They're not showing it in this video, but there was a sequence where Clayton Keller "hit both post", but on the replay you could clearly see the puck cross the red line and hit the net. I don't know if anyone else saw that?
remember this moment for as long as you live
As a British hockey fan I want to congratulate the Coyotes on the win & thank them for all the enjoyment they've let loose over the years. Its a pity your team has been sold out for none hockey reasons by none hockey people!! Joseph Smith Golden tablets as the new name??
Arizona sharp shooters nice goals
I'm glad your all having fun watching hockey im losing everything before the playoffs even start
From an Oilers fan to Coyotes fans - it may be the end of an era but at least your team went out in style and to celebrate a great final game with a win. Salt Lake isn’t too far away to see your team play either :)
It's nice of the Oilers to show a bit of mercy for the Coyotes' last game after absolutely dominating San Jose the game beofr.
Not even a yotes fan but def got emotional watching this knowing that it could easily be you as a fan having your team taken away from you if the circumstances called for it. Best jerseys in the league, some really good talent that is gonna come together for something special, and fans that stuck with them even with all the uncertainty years and botched rebuilds until now. And SLC swoops in and takes it away to a lesser market with a horrible arena.
Vegas fan but sorry to see the Coyotes go. Glad they finished with a win. Feel bad for the loyal fans that really wanted them to stay in Arizona.
Not sure why Sportsnet felt it was a good idea to waste half the second period making us listen to two guys having a personal conversation. Can we please make the games about the games.
i reccomend listening to the game on Sirius XM, way better Commentary than on TV. In my opinion anyway.
It's AI generated, bud.
It will never become better than it is now.
Boycott! Thumbs down!
На звериной арене собаки просто разрывают
💯
С Вегасом наверное камбек года был
👏👏👏
Coyotes win their last game. As an oilers fan, I’m happy for them instead of mad at the L.
Thank you coyotes. The habs needed your win.
Holloway looked good and Broberg didn’t look out of place from what I could see. Even if we’re making mistakes all night, we should not be losing to three Coyotes.
Love from the Peg Coyotes fans. I know how you feel.
Dude how were the announcers so lost at the disallowed goal? It was clearly the bar the entire time, the back bar has NEVER made that sound and no replay made it look like back bar. Wtf are they talking about? Dude was so confident it was back bar and I’m just like “wtf am I missing here?”
It's sad that this happened with the Coyotes, but desert hockey needs some additional growth drivers. For example, in Dallas, any sport is held in high esteem, in Vegas, people love entertainment. Unfortunately, no such factors have appeared in Phoenix in 20 years.
As a result, the team was remembered for the cool logo and endless conversations about moving. And of course, an illustrative fact - when voting for the goal of the century in the NHL, both contenders (Ovi and Nesh) threw their pucks at the Phoenix goal. It seems that this was the karmic task of this team.
It would be fair if the Arizona Coyotes now moved to the AHL or ECHL instead of the second team from Utah. There was even a champion team of one of the semi-professional leagues in the state.
How is Foegele's nicknname not McLovin 🤣
Take that on stage with ya; that could be your closing bit! 🙄
Oilers legend from Hawaii 😂
It is
I thought that was Mcdavid's
I legit thought the same thing
when can you guys update your camera quality ? 720p in 2024?
Нефтяники мимо Кубка однозначно
Crazy how it seems like all the bad teams are going out with a bang
Either this game was rigged, ort Edmonton isn't nearly as good as people think they are and will very likely lose to Vegas... take your pick....
@michaelangst6078 Edmonton maybe gave like 10% effort and 2 of their defenseman were out of the lineup lol. They have nothing to play for and just need to get by without injuries
That was nice of the oilers to let them have this game ...
Actually rooting for them to win that land auction and get that new team. With the modern expansion rules they will be able to handpick a contender instead of carrying so many bad contracts and retired players
R.I.P. coyotes
Honestly, good on the Oilers for giving the Yotes a win like that. It was a meaningless game for the Oilers but quite meaningful for the Yotes.
I hope the game was free for the Arizonians
bring them back ❤️🤎
LOL. gl in the playoffs Oilers
funny how you think they should kill themselves over a game that didn't matter to them, but mattered to the Coyotes.. The classy thing (whether intentional or not) was to let/have the Coyotes win their last home game in Arizona.
I hope Phoenix gets an expansion team in the future with a great owner and does well. Sorry for your loss,Phoenix fans. You all deserved better. Your owner did you all wrong. Just like the owner of the Baltimore Colts many years ago when he snuck his team off to Indianapolis in the middle of the night. Classless move.
Welcome to Utah boys!
The fans deserved a win, it’s hard to lose your franchise, especially when the news came as abrupt as it did. No time whatsoever to come to grips.
Farewell Arizona Coyotes. They may not be my team, but I can't help but feel sad for them. Best of luck in your future endeavors in Utah under whatever new name the franchise comes up with.
If the NHL comes back to Arizona for expansion, I would have zero opposition.
nice assist #34 Referee 1:20
And people think oilers will go deep in the playoffs but lose twice to coyotes the week before playoffs start. 🤨
Utah resident here, excited as hell to get an NHL team. Just sad that we have to rip a team from another fanbase in order to do so. I'm sorry, Yotes fans. Hopefully you guys get a new team, with competent ownership soon enough ❤
Bye coyotes I’ll miss you guys 😢
RIP yotes
Connor back before PO, no Injuries and a victory for hometeam in last game of season👍 - another 60 flag hockey minutes in Colorado and then....LET'S GET READY TO RUBBLE 🤘😎🤘
Койоты молодцы,их ждет интересное будущее!,жаль,что они покидают Аризону!!!❤🎉🎉🎉❤
трибуны поддержали команду от души!и койотики просто не могли не выграть.раскатали мазут легко и не принуждённо!
At least they got to embarrass the oilers one last time....
Moments like this are bittersweet. But not in the way you expect. Its sweet and amazing how all these fans came out for this game. But its bitter and disgusting that it took the team relocating for fans to actually give a damn 🤷
The comentator reminds me of the brother in law from breaking bad...
Oil tanked this one on purpose.🤷
SAD to see Oilers moving to Japan
RIP the Coyotes, 1971 - 2024
Let's goo 😮Oilers
Go Oilers🇨🇦 Go. Hope to defeat final boss Colorado Avalanche next.
Fan of Edmonton Oilers and Ottawa Senators- Canadian cities starting with vowels - Win or Lose.
Anyone happy about anyone else losing their team like this ought to be ashamed of themselves.
1:23 the commentator doesnt realize that its redirected by the referee... lol
Bettmans folly. This took way to long.
Buh bye Pheonix.
Hello Utah.
😂
Well, the Coyotes are gone. I wanted Edmonton to win but always sad to see a fanbase lose it's team. I am guilty of bashing the Coyotes but I never expected it to actually come to this.
Salt Lake City has only 250k people. Dumb move.
sad to see the coyotes leave to utah
Rip yotes
Coyotes will be missed! Not that I ever followed their organization but doesn’t seem right for some reason lol…def getting me a jersey!
Let’s go OILERS!!
RIP coyotes
Finally the door is closed on this disaster of a franchise & their shoe box arena. Hopefully no longer will networks like SN be forced into talking about land auctions & owners not paying the rent.
fuMF, KI$$myA$$, lmao. IFYM
Farewell Coyotes :')
Do the Oilers look like a championship team to you?
Farewell, yotes. Until we meet again.
i cant believe i became a Coyotes fan !!! aahhwooooooooooooooo !!!!!!!!!! /packs and moves to Utah ? lol...
Молодцы что на мажорной ноте закончили свой путь.
This is poor from the Oilers, can only hope they are saving themselves for the playoffs when the play like this
Anyone know where they're moving to?
Salt Lake City
Bettmans basement for same sex impregnation.
What the heck is going on with the comments? Nothing is showing up anywhere.
Oilers are cup ready though, right? 😊
