awakenbeerus predictions where right , I should bet on this
Arizona is a deceptively good team. I hope this "farewell tour" continues to go well.
Bettman joked about moving edmonton, now he's moving a failing team to another weak market. When will he realize that canadian teams profit?
@@Smiltch He rather try high population American cities :( while Canadians would die to have an NHL team close to them. I know a lot of people who would be season ticket holders. Going to Sens games as a child was one of the best highlights of being a child and being in the city.
@@StormAries the edmonton oilers 50/50 was over $560 000 last night. At times its $1 500 000. The record was like $3.6mil or something. That's for charity.
@@Smiltch damn that’s insane but also i definitely believe it
@StormAries Maybe he sees what's happening in Winnipeg...we begged for our nhl team back, and now there's a struggle to full seats. After years of being sold out with a long waiting list for season tickets, now they're losing season ticket holders. Even on a year when we're doing great!
It should be noted that both goalkeepers played well. Both showed a very beautiful and decent game.Everyone was worthy of victory. Therefore, the outcome was decided in overtime.
2:24 lol without any context this is hilarious
Not only does it hurt that the yotes are leaving, but it feels like it's going to be a Nordiques to Colorado move, with the team loaded with young talent and poised for serious contention. I laughed when the Avs won in their first season, guess karma's a......
It’s amazing what those early draft prospects can develop into,
Play hard when you’re eliminated.
Playing hard for their Arizona fans since they're moving
We have a very bright future 🕶 😎
Maccelli is a beast
Good luck in Salt Lake City! Been looking forward to seeing an NHL team there forever! I’m excited but at the same time I feel for Coyotes fans
The Arizona Coyotes have miraculously transformed into a top team defeating teams like the Golden Knights, Canucks, and my Oilers, once the team is eliminated and packing up.
It's like when someone is close to their impending death, you get to see who they really are.
Hyping fans in Utah. Can we please call this team a city? Salt Lake warriors or something. Not Utah warriors. If you can't identify with a city, times are tough.
But our future is very bright 🌞 😎 especially when it snows in Salt Lake the brightness that emanates the city is glorious
Arizona is a good team, they have excellent goalies, but the fall in the second half of the season of 14 lost matches cost them the fight for the playoffs.... next season is a next chance.
720p in 2024 is wild.
that's not enough?
@@Randomizer903nope. 720p hasn't been standard for 20 years now. 1080p minimum with option for 4K for a sports game
@@user-tx4qb7he1w y'all are spoiled. I usually don't need more than 480p for youtube videos

@@Randomizer903 Feel sorry for you, get with the times. Let me guess, you still get newspaper to your door?
Rip to one of the best logos in the nhl
I feel bad for the Yotes. As a fan of a low market team myself I'd love to see them survive and succeed in Arizona. They have such an exiting team building up.
"Low market team" small fanbase
I love you Coyotes forever. F the haters. Yes, I'm talking to you.
Act like a Christian
What's the new team name?
@mk6935 Utah Sand Monkeys

@@horaceball5418 no more states. SALT LAKE CITY!....this is why "Arizona" failed. If you can't pick a city, why do you deserve a team? next up Minnesota? Good team, but litteraly haven't done nothing in 15 years.
Well oilers fans, as we said out on the coast after the coyote visit, “ Well at least they got a point out of it” 😂
Edmonton, like Vancouver, also played successfully with Coyotes ))
I blame this loss on Nurse for letting the puck slide by when it was passed to him. He had an opportunity to shoot it on net for the win but wasn't paying attention.
I’m gonna miss the kachina design. I do hope it comes back someday.
@ThomasAZ from what I've read, we can see a comeback before the end of the decade so fingers cross.
ThomasAZ that’s a shame. For now Arizona hockey fans should continue growing the sport and support the roadrunners. From what I heard the nhl isn’t giving up on Arizona so while it may not be the same coyotes if they are given an expansion it can be in a much better position, enough to compete sooner.
Thank you Coyotes for playing hard when you didn't have to! Good luck in your move to Utah, will be cheering for your success!!
Good for them!!!
Man I feel bad for coyotes fans. They’re spent years watching a rebuilding and it’s finally close to being over with a lot of fun talent and now they’re being moved.
I don't like to hate. Look at the Coyotes best player ever. Doan! Good player, but not even close to any other franchise (Wild noted). Hard to say rebuild, when they never had a chance since the team started.
Неожиданно, но приятно удивляет Аризонская команда, интересно смотреть их игру. Браво.👍👏
Half assed effort from some guys every game is getting annoying. Kane is slow and sloppy
man that was a GREAT game ! sadly they didnt play the sound much of when the coyotes score ( howl etc.. ) they hung in there and held on and finished the oilers off in impressive style. also it was some GREAT tending on the parts of BOTH goaltenders my hats off to those fellas they are livin' the life :) thank you
al grundau the type of guy to fall in love with the sex bots in the comments
Why can't each one stay on his man? Stupid ovetime loss
Playing down to your opponent gets results as such. Only a handful of games left, possible division title to get Home ice for two rounds and we can’t get motivated.
It's gonna happen in playoffs too. We've seen this show before.
Home ice for 2 rounds? I didn't know a team got home ice if they're eliminated in the first round.
@@jeffreycairns767 If you only knew how to tell the future, you wouldn't be in your mom's basement.
@@blingman78 My mom's basement 🤣🤣🤣🤣 You may want to take your own advice. Also, I didn't say they would be eliminated but Oilers fans act like they've already won the first round.
@@jeffreycairns767 like I said you'd won the lotto by now and out of mom's basement if you knew the future of who gets eliminated in the playoffs
Аризона молодцы, розыгрались к концу сезона.
If I didn't know better, I'd say the Yotes are playing like they have nothing to lose...
Does anyone realize that a team that clinched is mainly looking ahead into playoffs aside from positioning in the standings. It’s a fine line at giving 100% effort to risk injuries before the playoffs begin. As bad as the yotes seem, they are still highly skilled NHLers. If you can’t match the energy, the better teams will always lose. Picking your battles is a part of hockey’s grueling reality in the brutal 82 game season not including the even more brutal post season.
Well said. 5 games in 7 to end the season is brutal. Go all out for what? Get the Preds instead of LA? No point. Though first MIGHT earn home ice in 2nd round.
Also 5 of the eastern playoff teams will be done and home after Tuesday while the Oil play back-to-backers Wed/Thur. The Stars have one game left after Sat afts game. Who drew this up?
LOL this is what I told everyone since the Avs started coasting right as they clinched, but still getting trashtalk from each loss. so no, you dont get to dish it and not take it
I was looking for the classic oilers excuses. Thank you for not disappointing me and reaffirming to me that oiler fans are tin foil hat clowns who always have something or someone to blame.
Nice excuse for losing.
Vancouver and Winnipeg don't seem like much of contenders, Vancouver is supposed to be trash and they're 11-10-3 recently. Winnipeg wasn't supposed to be a playoff team either and they went 16-15-2 before this April winning streak.
Arizona’s final game with the Oilers
Is on Wednesday
You mean Utah?
@MCDLXXXVIII No.
Хорошая молодежь у "койотов", очень перспективная.
порадовали койотики!размазали мазут по льду.вот молодцы.респект!
The Oilers only play home games right? All 82 in Edmonton? I swear every highlight video I watch, it seems that way!
Feels bad that the Coyotes look so promising but they're gonna probably lose like half their team with people demanding to get traded.
paying nursing 1 million a goal
Is he supposed to be a goal scorer? Serious question.
His arrogant attitude and lazy playstyle makes me scratch my head why on earth they are paying him. If you wanted someone tenacious who would fight for cheap just get max domi hahaha
We don't talk about nurse anymore. Long contract, nothing to do.
Didn’t think he was supposed to score many goals🤔 , not the only high payed player in the league 🤷
@@griggbaylee5808 it was a tough decision. Oilers wanted Nurse on the team. They didn't trade when they could, and Darnell wanted to be an Oiler. It's a bloated contract, every team has one. If they don't, they are not great.
Без Макдэвида Эдмонтон выглядит как самая заурядная команда.
The yotes first win against the Oilers since 2020, gotta give props to them they are playing good because they're probably exited to relocate.. hopefully McDavid is in tomorrow against the nucks which is a (big game) but 🤙🏽
9:18 he said the Coyotes beat the Canucks and Oilers in back to back games. I'm confused because Coyotes played against the Canucks on Wednesday though...
They did. This was their next game, therefore, back to back. He didn't say on back to back nights
Can’t wait to watch this team in Utah
Oilers offense is not even a shadow of last season.
One last hurrah before they become the Utah Shootahs.
Good name. 🎉
Matias Maccelli and the Arizona Coyotes wins in overtime against Connor McDavid and the Edmonton Oilers 3-2 🏒🔴⚫🟢🌵
Arizona Coyotes went up to 35-40-5, while the Edmonton Oilers move to 48-24-6
Edmonton lost to an Arizona State University team that won't exist in about a week from now?
Jokes aside though, with the Coyotes relocating, I'm not sure how to feel. Their last game of the season is against the Oilers again, but I also cheer for Canadian teams. All I can say is, may the better team win!
You don't want to bother cheering for the Maple Leafs. They will always let you down.

What an f***ing bad game from the Oilers
Just unsubscribed from the NHL channel thanks to their fake crowd noises, now I am subscribing to SN.
McCleod hopefully was benched for at least a period for allowing Doan to walk in the slot and score.
Very favorable officiating for Arizona. Ultimately the better team did win though.
despite the fact that the Coyotes have performed quite well this year(I know dropping14 games straight is not good at all but they were playing well up to that point) and I feel they will be quite a threat next year, I think this relocation, if it happens, will be for the best. Clearly there isnt any real love for hockey in the desert. I hope there isnt much rebranding done. It will hurt less if they get to keep the name at least.
If, and only if, this is to be the last victory that the Arizona Coyotes will ever get before their re-branding and reformation, it will be hell on earth for every single Edmontonian moving forward, because the notion of knowing you will be the last team to have lost to another that could not only never truly settle in the one spot for decades, they could never truly break into the Top 10. But it will be just poetic to get a last laugh over a team that were touted as a heavy Cup favorite.
Oh, from Vancouver, thanks Arizona. I forgive you for everything you put me through these past 2-3 days.
Are you on drugs
I don't think anybody will remember this game once the playoffs start bud
@@aloneants Except maybe if anyone wants to re-watch the chequered history of the Arizona Coyotes. They'll likely find footage from this game.
They still have one more game against Arizona...
@@Atmywitzend Well, duh, that's why I said originally that this could be Arizona's last ever victory in the NHL before they relocate and are reformed under a new name and re-structure.

No effort from any of the Oilers to prevent that shot on the net to win the game. Two of them just reaching with their stick and not skating.

They were bummed that this move would happen - coach even mentioned it. At least they had time to process.

Oilers in need of a team that actually shows up every night.
The Utah 'Yotes take it in OT!
Hope we avenge this loss by denying them a win in their last game in Arizona.
Salt Lake City Missionaries?
Salt Lake Polesmokers
Huh??? How are the coyotes beating the top teams in overtime? Hell how do they even GET to overtime 🤦♂️
Oilers without McDavid are genuinely one of the bottom 10 teams in the league
idk if you saw how the oilers started the season, then went full 180 the other way.. yeah the truth is somewhere in the middle. theyre not as good as their winning streak, ’nor as bad as their losing streak
No one cares, Oilers in playoffs. Coyotes moving to Salt Lake. If Edmonton loses the first round, would still be better than a wounded Coyote.
because Canucks were playing their AHL goalie. They didn't have their starter or backup goalie to start. Meanwhile Oilers had their starting goalie against the Coyotes.
Oilers had their Ahl goalie in net. Calvin Pickard is our (in best conditions 3rd) Jack Campbell ruined all.
