Bloody hell are you sure about that Austin??? I thought the same too, last time I saw pics in STEAM Railway mag of 70000 at Crewe with her boiler looking worse conditioned. Coincidently I bought the latest Hornby model of 70000 today.

70000 is a pretty good arse kicker! Her sound and exaust is just awesome, she performed really well during the 90's. May she return again!

Yes, she has been away from the mainline for far too long now. I used to have an old Triang model in '00', happy days!!
Hope to see her again backwhere she belongs in the mean time I have the Minitrix N' Gauge model

I read recently that she is due back this year, which was a surprise to me as I thought she was some years off. Be great if it's correct.
