I am a bit worried that you should to wear a mask when you’re doing all your work with the material as I’ve got friends now who are in their 60s who have been machining most of their life and they’ve been diagnosed with COPD a breathing problem and they get chest infection.
Only just a bit of advice from a 62 young at heart lady from somerset in England.

I needed this reminder. I don't sew nearly as much as Taylah, but my nose runs constantly when I sew. I think it's because of the fabric dust. I'm going to hang a mask on the thread spool to remind myself to put it on before I start sewing. Maybe another above the cutting table.
@@renfairegoddess I never knew anything about all these particles when I was young, and it’s only now my friends that used to work in factories and do lots of dressmaking at home that they are suffering.
