    I have been I n boxing many years and I would advise all serious boxers to get the smallest you can get your head into !
    Believe me when I say all leather head guards stretch and if you get one that fits now perfect ,
    After many times sparring and sweating it will become a problem as at some point it won't go any tighter and will still feel that bit too loose

    I have winning which is 9oz and super light which is why I like because I slip and move super easily with winning. Could you compare them in weight ?
    Plus winning has the signature design that protect noise without the facebar, BUT this review made me want to buy this for 100% days where we really go at each other and I am a knockout puncher and so people I spar are usually are 190lbs and above
    Still researching d3o, this d3o makes me want it because my brain is the reason why I can afford boxing and not getting paid lol.

    Hi, how does this headgear compare to the rival rhg20 headgear? Thank you in advance!

    • @csquaredboxing
      @csquaredboxing  Před 5 lety +3

      Comfort wise about the same, this one has slightly larger cheek protectors but not by much. The d30 technology is supposed to absorb shock better but to be honest I couldn’t feel the difference between the rhg10 and RHG20 when I got hit in the face. The force of the punch is still the same. I would go with the 20 to save some money and still get a good performing comfortable headgear.

      @@csquaredboxing what would you say is the headgear that offers the most protection, still having fun while catching a shot on the face

      @Jonesislearning Před 7 lety

      Karam Abdallah very good question...I have never worn a rival but I purchased a fg5000 winning and it is by far the BEST head gear I've ever worn. It ran me about 400$ but is worth every dollar

      Winning is hard to go wrong with, but this has d30 which is incredibly shock absorbant. Look up videos of the material on CZcams; it's pretty amazing
