  • Vietnam has opened a trial today into the country's largest financial fraud case. According to allegations, it involves a $12-billion embezzlement scam and fraudulent loans of up to $40 billion at a Vietnamese commercial bank. At the centre of the case are Vietnamese real-estate tycoon Truong My Lan and her husband, Hong Kong billionaire Eric Chu Nap-kee. More than 80 other defendants are also facing trial, and could face death penalties if convicted. Tung Ngo reports.

She was born in a poor family. And She was get rich by her husband. So Of course human is greedy. People always want things more and more, But by how…? Who made her become this? I don’t think she can get this idea. If there is no government, no friends pushing her to get all of this by using her greed. Because no one can do this alone.
The end. Look she’s face, she look so alone. But she’ll smile, and trying look all the people around who put all this thing on her shoulder alone. Some are friends, and some are family. How painful…?
