  • They're God-obsessed: they're both obsessed by the idea of God. It`s a tormenting or all-consuming concern for them, whether God is there or not.
The most interesting part is not where they coincide, but where they diverge. It`s actually like a labyrinth of concerns: the more you read each of them, the more you realize they would have probably profoundly agreed on practically everything - everything that really matters. That's what's really interesting. But where they begin to diverge is just as irrevocable as a train going down the tracks: there`s no turning back at that point: and so Dostoevsky ultimately chooses to believe (like St. Paul says, “Lord, help my unbelief”), whereas Nietzsche ultimately chooses to reject all legitimacy of faith.

No you are wrong. He was not an atheist. When Friedrich Nietzsche famously declared "God is dead," he was using this statement metaphorically to express his belief that in modern Western societies, traditional religious beliefs and values were no longer as influential or central to people's lives as they once were. Nietzsche believed that the rise of science, secularism, and skepticism had led to a decline in the authority of religious institutions and their teachings.
He argued that people had essentially "killed" the concept of God by rejecting or ignoring traditional religious beliefs and embracing secularism and rationalism. Nietzsche saw this as a significant cultural and philosophical shift, and he was concerned about the consequences of a world in which traditional religious values and moral frameworks no longer held sway. His proclamation "God is dead" is often interpreted as a commentary on the challenges and changes taking place in Western society during his time.

God is dead, means, the god we are worshipping for our selfish sake, is fake. We made god only to use that image to fulfil our unfulfilment. But how the creation of unfulfiled can fulfil an unfulfiled desire?

Übermensch is not something nice or overcoming the human side with mankind. Nazis called themselves Übermensch, even today's radical right wing organisations call themselves Übermensch like RSS or KKK.... . Now I know Nietzsche did not mean a superiority complex towards other humans, he said Übermensch in a metaphor, but his approach was problematic with lack of correct words. Besides that, I genuinely know Nietzsche was not a fascist.

Kisi bhi insan ko samjhne ke lie pehle uska background acche se pta hona chaiye, aur yahan toh philosophers ki baat ho rahi hai,
Toh tumhe nahi lagta, uski philosophy k root kaha hain wo pta hona chaiye??
Ki shuruat hui kaha se, wo insan philosopher bana kaise..

I get your point but when one is comparing two famous philosophers,
One has to go in their background history to explain it better, to get a clear idea…
      Its just how it works.
And if a new viewer comes, they haven’t seen my old videos, how would they understand what am i talking about?
Which is why i talk about their background in every video again and again so that ppl can get a clear picture.
