Today I am making bistec en salsa verde with potatoes, just like my mother's. It's so easy to make and super flavorful. BISTEC EN SALSA VERDE INGREDIENTS:
For the meat:
► 1 1/2 lb beef flap meat
► Salt and Pepper to taste
► 3 minced garlic cloves
► 2 potatoes
For the salsa verde:
► 4 cups water
► 8 tomatillos
► 2 serrano peppers
► 2 garlic cloves
► 2 whole allspice
► 1/8 tsp whole black pepper
► 1 tsp oregano
► Pinch of cumin
► 1 tbsp chicken bouillon
► Bunch of cilantro
► 2 cups water from where we boiled tomatillos
