Herman was quite the sportsman. He excelled at golf, boxing, wrestling, race car driving, baseball, football, bronco busting, track and field, and basketball.
It was due to him being made from so many athletes, lol.
Herman Munster is one of the most iconic TV characters of all-time! Fred Gwynn was amazing in this role as a man-child. His laugh, hand gestures and facial expressions were amazing. Still makes me laugh and smile! Also, one of the best theme songs!!!!
Love this show, coming home from school, I would get something to eat, and watch!!!! So very funny🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣!!! Herman is the best, along with Grandpa!!!! 🥀🥀🥀🥀... 2022..

Fred Gwynne had according to Yvonne DeCarlo, the Three Terribles: Terribly Talented, Terribly Brilliant and Terribly Handsome. Love Fred Gwynne and the whole cast! Marilyn and Lilly were beautiful!

Yeah it was actually awful looking in color i thought. I think some of today's horror film directors/producers should consider B/W
B&W is lame. You omitted the Gray color. More Gray than the other two colors combined

...they just can't make movies like this anymore !!! ....this series was simply "Iconic" on every level.
The sound effects were brilliant.
They were hilarious. I Dream if Jeannie had great sound Fx too!
No one could ever replace the great Fred Gwinn.

I dressed as Eddie as a kid for halloween,wig and all. Also,will forever love Herman's tantrums and that Marylin is totally normalized to their ways,which are normal lol. I always wished herman and lily were my parents growing up on the reruns in the 1990s.

Herman had a great swing! Even though he was wearing pounds of padding.
Fred played thos role twith 40-50 lbs of additional padding and in 5 inch platforms. His comedic timing was impeccable.

All of the athletic Munster episodes, baseball football golf the discus throw, always wind up flying over those two same pine trees. Any other Munster fans ever notice that. I’ve seen that same background in wonder woman’s episodes too
