I just got the heybike Ranger. Top rated speed is 25 mph with pedal assist. I hit 30 mph on level ground without pedaling. Just ordered a second one for my girlfriend. These ebikes is my second favorite thing about new technology next to the JWST!

They look cool but those big fat tire’s really are a draw back on a e bike or regular pedal bike. They have much more rolling resistance thus consuming more power then a moderate size tire. I rode bikes in the ‘50s and ‘60s and the fat tire bike were always the hardest to pedal and the least desirable!! Todays race bikes have the skinniest tires made…mountain bikes still go with the standard knobby. If you filled those fat tires up to the max to attempt a mileage gain your teeth would rattle out of your head! Well to each his own, I think it’s just a status trip now, whose tires are the most fat!!!!!!! I have been subbed to 3D since the very first videos, lots of fun and a great attitude!!!!

Terrible customer service. My Heybike arrived damaged. They want to send me the parts, have me buy the tools and fix it myself. I looked up reviews and that's their policy. Good luck if it arrives broken, worst customer service ever.
