    Completely Agree on Ahmed as we see retailers are not only looking at AI from a CX, but how it ties into margins and demand forecasting. For us it's a working backwards approach from the desired destination then moving back to data and architecture. Digital Assistants and chat bots running AI are now widely adopted, would love to see what Retail AI 2.0 will deliver.
