The upcoming Ms. Marvel and The Mandalorian season 3 will seemingly not hit Disney+ until 2022. Both of these shows have been highly anticipated for their respective fan groups, but there has not been much information about them until now. The Mandalorian has brought in a massive amount of new subscribers for the streaming platform, especially because it was the first live-action Star Wars show and was released on the same day Disney+ launched. Disney has also seen success with MCU TV shows since there wasn't any Marvel content released last year, making Star Wars and Marvel some of the most lucrative IP for Disney+.
The Mandalorian season 3 details are still very much under wraps. The new season will presumably follow Din Djarin (Pedro Pascal) as he deals with the aftermath of Grogu going to train with Luke Skywalker. However, The Book of Boba Fett will launch at some point in 2021, so fans will still get a new addition to the Star Wars franchise this year. This show was announced during the end-credits scene from The Mandalorian season 2 finale and will bring back fan-favorite characters Boba Fett (Temuera Morrison) and Fennec Shand (Ming-Na Wen). Ms. Marvel will star Iman Vellani as the Pakistani-American Muslim superhero Kamala Khan. Marvel Studios has not provided an official synopsis yet. Still, the show looks to reveal Kamala's origin story and her love for superheroes, especially Captain Marvel/Carol Danvers (Brie Larson). There is a chance that fans could see Carol Danvers show up in the Ms. Marvel show, but Kamala Khan will be in The Marvels.

The only thing I'm not liking already of this movie is that I think it's announced that she will not have the elasticity powers, just some king of variation of the Captain Marvel ones

First of all it's a show and not a movie. Secondly, they're giving her new powers correct. But they're not captain marvel powers, instead she'll have purple/violet energy looking powers provided by the golden bracelet that she wears.
She'll be able to shape this energy into contructs, basically making her like green lantern...but purple. But the way she uses her powers will be the same as in the comics. So instead of making her fists big through the use of her elasticity, she will instead make like giant purple, energy based boxing gloves.

@@nadie887 It's because the stretchy powers are really expensive to do, and they can't afford to use the same effects for both Ms Marvel and Mr Fantastic.
I think they chose Ms marvel to be energy based instead of the latter, simply because she is a much newer character. She has only been introduced to the comics in recent years, with most people only knowing her from the avengers game. Compared to Mr Fan. who has been in the comics since marvel started pretty much.
