There's no such thing as "Just a dog" when our 4 legged hunting buddies need us!
Great film, thanks.
Nice to see someone hunt wild birds.. 90% of pheasant hunts on TV are canned or low pressure private land. It’s a completely different ballgame with wild birds on public.
I like you show even the misses.
Great hunt. Brought memories of my ND/SD hunt. Thank you.
I wouldn't run the young Draht with that older dog. You need to get the rules of engagement entrenched before running with a young, easily influenced dog. Wow...sweet looking SxS!! Great video! Love seeing wild birds. Wild birds require top notch bird dogs with lots of pace and a nose to keep up with the pace. Lots of folk think they have a good bird dog but....wild birds expose them. The braque has the makings of a fine wild bird hunter! Thanks for sharing gents. I think springers might be the ticket gents..? That frame with the 2 sharpies and the cock bird....PRICELESS!! Well done boys!
Watching this shows reminds me why we also went opening day to ND
Great show gentlemen. Having lived in ND, it is an outdoorsmen’s paradise.
Domnii sunt profesioniști ....🏆🥇
20 min and 50sec into video. Love to see videography like that. Color me impressed.
Would of liked to see a little snow goose pass shoot mixed in!! Awesome hunt!!
Hunted Mallard Island a lot in the early 2000’s. The lake was low enough we could walk over. Took many a late season limit.
That Slo mo 😍 20:45
That dog that went down actually had hypoglycemia. Always bring food high in carbs with you on these hunts.
Mulțumesc frumos!🌈😇
I've hunted that property with Tyler... it's insane
Tyler...BBB!
The man!
Great episode! I love the episodes with boat only access lands.
What pack is Travis carrying?
Pyke gear for the pack if anyone it curious
Lol, I smell my spent shells too 😅
wow finally got on some real birds... Sharptails are our last native grouse up here and the nonnative pheasants get all the credit.
Check he’s heart please. I hope you went straight the vet.
His blood sugar got low. He is doing good, healthy, and still hunting.
"Roadrunner Island"
What kind of guns are they using here? I assume bennelli but what models?
Brian if you see this where did you get your BDB? We have 2 we love them
Possum is from Elk Run Kennels in ID. I also have two imported females. I absolutely love the breed!

hello guys
Why they shoot f grouse and call it as pheasant hen ? 😂
im also a hunter
Looks like the birds have a Phd in evasion, or maybe bad strategy……
There’s is no reason a 4 year old dog should seize up in the field they are in their prime. It’s is not just a dog. I would not hunt if it wasn’t for my dog she means the world to me. Either someone needs to give a dog more exercise during the off season or feed the dog before you go hunting. Dogs typically don’t have blood sugar issues unless it hasn’t had enough food before strenuous activity.
