From a fellow osu gamer standpoint, this player is wholesome and interesting mainly because of the quirks. But from a medical standpoint I am concerned with his mental health. This is pure speculation, he may be experiencing some combination of depression, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Avoidant Personality Disorder, Social Anxiety Disorder, Selective Mutism to name a few. I beleive he needs real help depending on what he is going through. People showing psychological manifestations of various conditions often play video games as it satisfies their specific mental needs.

personally i feel like he is just a guy with a tons of time to burn on his favorite game and for fun he decides to try to be as mysterious as hell just to fuck with people and make people question who he is and what his intentions are, when they may only be purposely so mysterious so people question so much
