his account was registered in 2015, during that time period the 420/smoke weed everyday memes/edits were very popular, even amongst anime, which might explain why he called himself osu420 (he also has weed circulation as one of his most played maps). The fact that he included "osu" in his name may indicate autism. I think he has been playing like this for many years (although not as much), so it doesn't make sense to think that it's AI/neural network. At this point i'm assuming he's at least 20 years old, so the only possible explanation is low-functioning autism or some other disability that makes him unable to work which enables him to basically live inside osu
