one thing I always remember when I'm insecure is that an ancestor before me looks the exactly the same as me, and someone fell in love with them, treated them well, and grew old with them. it really helps lol
I'm 33. my body hasn't changed much in the last 10 years but I care less and less with every passing year about my insecurities. I have less and less of them, very few left. I can't believe it took me so long and that I felt so bad about myself for years. It's truly insane what we do to ourselves. A thing I did at a time that I was insecure about everything was that I saw those girls they where "perfect" and i would look for my own insecurities in them, and when I saw many of them had the same features I managed to get an outside perspective and now I love many of those parts about myself because I saw how beautiful they where on others

I get bullied bc when I smile my eyes get small and I get racist comment saying I’m Asian and people say my nose is huge more than I think it which makes me really insucure
My best friend is the most beautiful person I know and I always make sure to tell her because she doesn't wanna believe that. She doesn't see herself that way which is a shame because it's obvious it's not just me who thinks she's beautiful

When I was 4 my sister put toothpaste on my eyebrows and I don’t know what happened but I woke up with blonde eyebrows.(they were originally brown) the color never came back and it is my biggest insecurity
After watching the first episode of normal people and half of the second episode I just got one thing to say….it’s lowkey weird af but imma continue watching out of curiosity. 😂
