Fantastic! One thing: not meant as assurance, but u won‘t die cause of insomnia. A big meta-study even showed no difference in longevity.
Great point Manfred!
Good mantra for anxiety
You just provided me the tools i needed to get out of this insomnia cycle and delivered in the most short, concise, efficient manner, im so grateful
Couldn’t agree more
This is so true, I agree with you, I think it's the only way. I think this goes with all our fears and anxiety, we have to stop trying to control everything.
Thank you so much for this video. I have had sleep anxiety now for quite some time. Comes and goes but I’ve started to practise acceptance mindfulness where i am more curious about the physical symptoms of anxiety in bed rather than the mental “oh no it’s here and i can’t bare it and how will i cope tomorrow”. When it’s a bad bout of anxiety I am still getting off to sleep eventually by “playing” with the sensations. Like how many sensations can I count etc. at the very least this video has helped me feel like I’m not the only person in the entire world going through this. God bless you.
Ur so young i am 62 u are amazing thank u young lady
What you resist will persist
Thank you for making this video!

I can't sleep because of this, it's like panic attacks every time I go to bed

I'm watching this video coz she is pretty.
Is this quite common for OCD? I was suffering with this for eight months before my recent HOCD relapse (after many years of health anxieties too.) Its making me realise that maybe i didnt have a handle on OCD after all.
I suffered with insomnia after my mental breakdown, then went on mirtazapine which put me out every night. I have since came off mirtazapine because of the side effects. I have not slept more than 3 hours a night for 4 months now. Feel absolutely exhausted and got terrible depersonalization and derealization. Tried over the counter stuff but nothings worked. Im constantly dizzy and weak.
I will pray for you in Jesus name!
hey, how are things going now? I'm going through the same thing, and feel pretty hopeless :(
@@CelineActan doing really good now, thanks. Stick with it, it gets better💯💙
What if i am scared of being psychotic because of lack of sleep??😢
I have the same! It’s horrible
@@matildaf1007do u have facebook? I would like to write with somenone who experience the same issues
Are you better now?
Make up a ridiculous answer to that thought like "cool I will be on the news and everyone will know who I am".
I have the same problem as you but whats worse is that I’m currently at the military….. they wake us up at 2:30 am 🥲
I can imagine that is not easy.
