Hey Paul. Great size 1-story. Like the front elevation. The stone stands out. Paved porch. Deep view on entry. Can see right into the front room to the left. Good size dining room. Open concept kitchen/living/breakfast nook. Covered lanai/outdoor kitchen and pool lovely. Butlers pantry to dining. Good size pantry. Spacious primary and en-suite/closet/linen closet. Big laundry/drop zone. Oh nice. Front guest bedroom with en-suite. And 2nd front guest bedroom with hall bathroom. The only problem I see lots of these plans have are there is rarely a rear bathroom. Now someone wet from the pool has to walk all the way to the front of the house. That makes no sense. 🤷🏻‍♀️. There should be at least a 1/2 bath in the rear for wet folks 😂. Did he say fireworks every night!!?? Who would want that, unless it’s so far away you only see it, but not hear it. It would be torture for dogs and other animals frightened by loud noises.
