Loved the video🤍 But as a European (i am from Germany and have been to south europe every summer) i have to say that life isn‘t slower here. Everybody is in a rush as well, also in Portugal, it just seemed like that because you were on vacation and of course then you are less stressed/in a hurry. Everybody is rushing and stressed here too (sadly). Just wanted to add that because all americans are always romanticizing living in Europe sooo much, but really it‘s not that perfect and romantic
This is true! (I live in the Netherlands and everything is so performance-oriented it stresses me out sometimes)
frfr
It kind of annoys me when Americans claim how life in Europe is so much "slower" than in the US. This statement feels quiet shallow and translates into how Americans are so hard working and Europeans get to rest, because life is so "laid back" in Europe. It completely irgnores the fact that Europe is a whole continent and experiences within the different countries vary. Europe does not only consist of the tourist areas in France, Portugal and Italy
@@mirax9273totally! Of course it seems cute and slow and romantic when you are living in a tourist area in a villa with pool, but that‘s not reality for people actually living here. Life just generally isn‘t better and easier here even though americans claim that
agree!!
Who follows Luna’s insta and has been waiting for this video for a while 🙋♀️🙋♀️🙋♀️
Of course❤🌷
Honestly, watching American girlies hot girl summer trips to Europe made me appreciate living here so much more. Like yes you‘re right I live in a fairytale thank you for telling me!😂❤

I’m going to university in a few months and you talking about “fitting in” was so soothing to me. There is so much pressure to party and live wildly so you helped me so much today!

OMG! Love this haul absolutely amazing and beautiful things Luna ❤
I just love her vlogssss
Hiiii I've had the same on and off hand eczema for yeaaarss now too and the only thing that has really helped for me is nano silver spray for flare ups and weleda skin food light when my hands get dry! Right now my eczema is basically gone and when I have a lil flare up I just use the spray a few times a day and try to avoid any harsh product from skincare/soaps on my skin :) (The silver spray I got is from the health factory!)
I'm so ready for your new era! nature is calling girl
the fishtail braids looked so cute!!!

Hiii Luna!! I’m from Lisbon, I hope u enjoyyyyy have a nice time ❤️
Heey! Ah loved the video and can’t wait for you showing more of your trip throughout Europe!
And btw, I think I maybe have the exact same eczema-issue. Good news; it has a name: dishydrotic eczema. Less good news: yeah you probably need to live with it. So far I know it can be correlated with emotional stress (so basically allergic to live haha 🙃), and perfumes in soap for example. Please check for yourself if this diagnosis fits you but didn’t want to not share this because I totally recognised the struggle.
I get that eczema on my fingers when I'm big stressed and especially when my stomach's microbiology isn't doing well. Worth looking into your gut health 🥰
wait Luna I think I just started to get eczema marks on my hands and I keep thinking it’s allergy but honestly I’m putting it off so much . The universe is co aligning for us 🧘🏻♀️
Omg Luna! I just went to Lisbon and Sintra too!
You look so much happier, I hope you have the most amazing trip ever!! 😍
just a Little tipp : maybe bring a thin cardigan or a scarf when you want to explore some churches, some countries are stricter than others, but they might not let you in when you are wearing a dress 🥰
Luna, I LOVE your channel and you and others have made me contemplate delving further into the world of dance. I’ve been dancing for 5 years and am 14, I have made great progress already and have been wondering if I should become more serious. I am quite academic and excel is sciences and other things but I’m unsure what to do, I would love to find a way to become semi-pro and keep preforming and constantly dancing whilst having job. I also struggle with EDs and body image which is something my mum is concerned about! I just wanted to know what you and other people may think! :) thank you!
I recommend eucerin 5% urea hand cream it is amazing love youuuuu❤
I love your fashion style❤
Your vlog had me glued to the screen! On a related note, have you seen the new V4 of the Bento Bag from Nomad Lane? It's receiving positive reviews for its innovative design, and I thought you might find it interesting for your upcoming trips.
my beautiful country
Yes queen! Meet up in Lisbon 💘💘 Lisbon suits youuuu
My fav vlog
Hey Luna, I have a type of eczema that is called dyshidrotic eczema and is basically what you discribe. From time to time (specially when Iam stressed or during the change of seasons) tiny bubbles appear in my hands and then they peel. I talked to a dermatologist and there is noting thst you can do becacause it is autoinmune. Hope it helps❤
8:47 I have that exact same thing too. Mine tend to flare up when I’m stressed and the best when I’m not stressed plus leaving it alone. Sun makes it better too, much less if I’m in the sun for longer periods (or take d vitamine supplements and am strict with my diet, eating regularly and remind my self to try to eat until I’m full and lots of veggies). Creams for me, I’ve noticed, ”fixed” it for maybe a week or two but then it gets worse and I have a longer period. It doesn’t hurt at all it just makes people ask sometimes what it is. I feel lucky it’s not worse and that it doesn’t result in blisters that pop and leak fluid and that are painful.
Back to the subject! One doctor told me it could very well be an extremely light case of a type of psoriasis! When I googled it some of it, the pics with the smallest amount of flaking skin, looked just like my hands and also yours (in the google pics of psoriasis in palms). I think the doctor called it *palmar psoriasis* (I might remember it incorrectly).
Honestly it's different for everyone I'm so happy you had a blast and healed.❤ but as a Greek European things are very different. You lived as a tourist un europe not a citizen😂hehe
Have a great time. Post more videos, please. Looks like a wonderful trip. You look lovely in that pink dress at the beginning of the video.
My hands used to do that and i just permanently stopped doing the dishes and keeping my hands away from a tonne of products. A lot of it was stress induced i found. This happened from like 22 - 25 not a super long period of time but it definitely has gone away. It flares up once in a blue moon but i try to keep myself away from using products on my hands and just try to remain calm
so cute to see you wearing the messi shirt
oh my god you speaking portuguese at the end is adorable hahahah hope you enjoyed your Pastel de Nata
europie is amazing, you have to visit ischia someday, its a tiny place in italy, so beautiful, i will have vlogs from there so you migh see how amazing place it is
I have the same condition with my hands, they diagnosed me with atopic eczema which is basically a chronic condition with outbreaks every now and then, these have various reasons that differs from person to person. For me I've noticed that it is definitely worse when I am stressed and that it gets better when I work out regularly, (probably because training reduces stress). I've also tried every cream under the sun but the ones that have a very high fat percentage works best for me. Hope yours goes away soon! I always joke that I could be the best criminal in the world since I basically don't have any fingerprints left from all the shedding haha.
(I remember that you talked about this a few years ago and it made me feel less alone, so thank you for that)
Love this luna Europe era🫶🏻😍
you got a new follower :)
Best vlog Ever 😻🦀
Hello Luna! These eczemas in your fingers are super related to stress/somatization through your body. I recommend you olive oil (which you will easily find now that you’re in Portugal), it’s “dirty” so you can apply it by night, and I promise that you’ll find them better after a few days, olive oil it’s miraculous!
Idk if this is what your eczema is but it could be Dyshidrotic eczema. I get it occasionally but i had it really bad when working in a stressful environment filled with allergens. I get those bubble blisters all over my fingers and sometimes my skins peels off when I'm sweating. Def look into.
I had really bad eczema all my life too! I've been taking Goli's Apple Cider vinegar gummies and now my eczema is gone, so weird!
Ugh on the hand eczema. I've had it on my hands, too. The itching was the worst part for me.
The one thing that's worked for me is to moisturize my hands immediately after I wash them. No exceptions. My eczema seems to be triggered by dryness, so as long as I don't let my hands dry out after immersion in water, the eczema stays away.
My friends all know who to come to when we're out and about, and they need moisturizer. 😂
I hope you find a solution to it. It's hard to ignore when it's on your hands.
My friend had skin similar to that on her hands it was psoriasis xx
Okay she’s literally the main character
For the eczema try lanolips it's insane.
i had itchy peely hands and i switched to only vanicream products for handsoap, lotion, body wash and face-wash and i was cured. i think it was my cerave/cetaphil products that were the culprit.
Hi ! I'm from France, and i have the same eczéma, and it's called dyshidrosis. Unfortunately, i don't have anything that works to get rid of it either so... 😕
honestly life in germany (and all europe ofc) is sooo stressful, especially work, education and responsibilities
Loved this video 🤍
I've got the same thing with my hands. Have no idea where it's coming from((
I have suffered with the same hand condition for over 25 years. Cant figure it out. Wondered if its stress related Can go weeks with it being fine then have a massive flare up. Horrible. Un sightly. And shen it happens on my finger tips its soooo sore. If you find out what it is please post!
Where did you find the music in your videos?
There’s some “Exfoliating Foot Masks” called “ULTRA PEELING” by ‘Vitamasques’ that makes your skin peel consistently for days after one use. You should check the ingredients and compare them to whats in what ever you use daily. My friend tried that ‘Foot Mask’ stuff and it made her feet look like your hands for days. Anyway, I hope that was helpful 👋🏾❤
I know it's not any help (cos I also haven't figured it out) but I have the hand skin thing too! No clue what it is, sometimes it's gone for months and months... I've noticed it tends to flare up when I am extremely stressed or my immune system is down a bit, idk if you've recognised a similar pattern?
did you learn to speak any portugese while you were there? does your mum know any? could her friend teach you? I LOVE SURFING IN PORTUGAL and LOVED Lisbon and Cintra. Did you like the castles?
Luna I have something called dyshidrosis and it looks a lot like what you have on your hand I think you should look it up
I love
miu miu anything will always be worth it
Girl you went to Portugal and bought a Messi shirt! ahahah
this video is so cute and wholesome but @4:50 scared the SHIT out of me
omg luna, i have the exact same problem with the skin on my hands peeling! I've never met anyone with the same problem. i've been having it for about five years, and i think it's either due to excessive palm sweating (which is struggle with lol) or from my job in a cafe, where i used aggressive cleaners without gloves. my dad, who's a doctor, said that those could be the reasons. idk, maybe this resonates with you? let me know if you find out something because I'm struggling hahaha. also does it happen for you all around the year? because for me it's only once every few months
I have the same problem too! especially on my palms, I find that if I'm in water for too long especially fresh water my prune hands get sore and then the skin starts to peel a day later. also I have to use rubber gloves when I clean too!
Omg i have the same thing on my fingers and i also dont know where it comes from. Its so so anoying bur i dont know what to do aganist it
