    The issue with our 2014 and 2017 500 kingquads was the axle output bearings were worn from getting water in them and it wouldn't allow it to engage into 4x4

    Update when you figure out the issue. I think you're gonna have to pull that pinion and shaft out to get to the problem.

    Thanks, this is the only video I have found like this. Did you find out the issue? I have similar issue with older (1995) king quad.

      i never did, i just slightly rock forward and it engages correctly. Until it stops working altogether, its just not worth the time or cost to fix.

    Having issues with my 2020 750 the 4x4 light just stays flashing at all times . Never engages. Want to test my actuator but not sure how or what wires to test.

    my diff has that ricordian that compresses and decompresses with heat, did u take that off for a real vent line

    hey where is the crankcase breather on a kingquad 750, i gone super deep but i never found the line for it

      on top of the engine. It runs into the airbox, bottom side.

    you did the coop mod where he sheeved the clutch, was it worth it

      yes, it was worth it for turning larger tires and more low end.
