The collab videos you guys make taking turns showing half the house with a crew for each of you. I think those videos are really good. I think those videos are a next level format.
I have less money in my bank account than you have in your old purse. I'm not a buyer. I just watch the videos and learn. But that recent video where you guys broke up the house and spliced the scenes into one video was like landing on the moon in terms of home tours.
I don't know how much of a pain it is to have multiple crews filming without every person in the same shot at all times. But the result is great to watch. I watch alot of Las Vegas real estate videos.
What builder is the one who built the houses on the bridge?

My home in Cali is valued at about the same price, but I have to say... I would gladly trade it for any of these. Unfortunately, I have to live here for about 1 more year to avoid the capital gains when selling. By then, I'm sure all of these homes will be sold out

Why cut? Why don’t you just show the full walk around? How to get from the living room to the media room to the stairs to the master bedroom. Showing the full walk around would be way better than cutting from one room to the next.

High ceilings are a feature in many Blue Heron dwellings. But the Roomba can't keep up with the droppings. You will need to hire a staff of those Bathroom Chimps. They work for bananas. (It was an old SNL skit.)

No privacy. I like this houses but if I am going to spend millions of dollars I have to have a privacy.
