I would encourage beginners to not pay too much attention to the weight that Gregory uses in this workout. It's a solid workout and whatever weight you select you will soon feel what is the right level of effort for you.
I, for example, am about 2 years in to my kettlebell journey and I don't even have a 32kg, but this workout would be great for my heaviest kettlebell which at the moment is 24kg

24 kg is just great and safe especially if you are training home alone.

I have enough trouble doing most of your workouts with 20 KG kettlebells. 32 KG is beast mode for me. 😅
Think I'll try this one with my 24 KG

I am loving all these workouts, thank you very much. Cheeky ask: any chance you'd be interested in compiling/creating a good kettlebell workout for swimmers? 😊

oh dang, time to start stretching and get ready for some kettlebells.

    Hello, great video as usual.
I discovered kettlebells a few days ago, unfortunately I only found 4 kg and in the euphoria I told myself that it would already be good to start with. I ordered my first 16 kg competition kettlebell which will arrive this week and I can't wait!
I am having a problem with the 4 kg kettlebell and would like to have your lights. When I do the clean or the snatch it always hits the bone, even if I do the right rotation towards the outside, elbow close to the body etc. I then wonder if it is not due to the too light weight which gives me too little control? whereas a heavier weight may be more likely to brake in the air. Or maybe it's due to the handle which is not a competition handle but more of a fitness kettlebell (crossfit).
Thank you for your answer :)

Your videos are excellent, I have some joint problems, a hip with a prosthesis, my doctor authorized me exercises, I have a 10 kg kettlebell, I have been doing exercises with it for two months, do you have any recommendations regarding weight or should I stay at that weight? Greetings from Venezuela.

It seems that you're bending your elbows during the swims. Should swings be done with straight arms or this a variation?

Are you supposed to go all the way down when you "squatting", not 90 degrees?
I just ask since i did weight lifting before and then you do 90 degrees on your legs.

Why do you have to lift weights even if you're doing a workout for beginners? I see it from a different perspective, namely that as a beginner you feel motivated that you can achieve it. But you can also approach the matter negatively.

I think the volume of work in this particular workout is comensurate with the weight. Even if a beginner is unlikely to have a 32kg bell
