Nine-storey commercial office building located at Sydney International Airport. Grade A quality office building to the current Property council of Australia guidelines. The base building was designed to achieve a minimum of 4.5 star NABERS rating and a 5 Star Green Star Office Design rating. Total NLA of the building is 9000 m2.
