1000 Miles Away: Episode 3 | Conviction | Dateline NBC
This series can end right here. HE WAS IN FLORIDA!!!
Soooo.... what's next is my question. The facts have been gathered, so when is the information going to be used to FREE him??
Wooo that poor guy has been 20 years
foooking jail
Please live a clean life and don't commit petty crimes for a few bucks. Once you're in their black books, they can convict you of anything.
That is happening they failed to investigate cuz automatic condemned him and the other thing they lazy not to verified his alive and look for the real killer
So why was this not brought up in court,,,,
so even the "good cop" uses his county vehicle as his personal vehicle, you cant even make this up
MrAnymeansnecessary why bc he was standing beside it?
Richard entered into a predetermined, outcome determinative case against him. This is such a shame. Watch dogs out now & May good continue to come of stories like these. It isn't always about stats for convictions but about getting right, bad guys off the streets.
Police fault they didn't care if he is or was innocent
