I currently have the unhappy triad. Worst pain I've ever felt. Going into surgery this afternoon. Peace and look after yourselves
how was it like
Oh damn, I hope you are okay mate! I’m a med student and I’ve just learnt about this, apparently it’s one of the most painful injuries. I wish you the speediest of recoveries!
@@domnulelias surgery was okay, pain blocker being injected into my leg before the operation was the worst part.
I'm now on week 10 of recovery. Brace has just come off, it's been hell haha. The first 6 weeks are simply the worst, time moves a lot slower so just be mentally prepared. Keep to the physio therapy.
Pain management and exercise are the most important. Keep icing for the full first 6 weeks post op. It really helps.
@@TheMindOf_Reason thank you buddy. Good luck with your studies.
Thankyou guys for all these amazing videos .Hope you post more videos related to otorhinolaryngology
Interesting! Can't wait for part 2 :)
Good content!
Had one when practicing free kicks. 😅 Standing foot made a pop sound. The unhappiness followed on the next day.
How long did it last?
@@antimatter333 Knee swelled for about a week. Had to play with caution from then on. Any sudden twists would cause inner side ligaments to move to the front, painful enough to make me sit down.
"Serious amount of unhappiness" 🤣
Great vedio
Part 2! Part 2!
Tore mines last august at football practice (american football) I am curently still healing and is back playing sports with my new knee sports brace. Worst pain I've ever felt. Once I felt it I knew this was something the doctors had to check.
Is part two out?
