The mind set, discipline, and focus and determination yall all have And also how close you are with your family. Yall are the definition of a great and wholesome family.

Keep your head up Auden you've been putting in a lot of work and arm wrestling gains usually take months to settle in, they don't happen overnight, not to mention Milo is a complete freak of nature. Why is Devon bulking to this extent against Genadi? I'm guessing he is preparing for a strong hook and back pressure approach? More weight will equal less endurance, but I don't think Devon necessarily needs endurance against Genadi. But, I know Devon has really struggled to bulk in the past. Hopefully he can turn that weight into a real advantage!
