A daring project! This music is most difficult and is arranged by Margaret superbly. This is a most impressive 2-manual Wurlitzer, proving again (as George Wright did at the Rialto) that in the hands of a capable artist--the resources are there for making musical history.

Very well played a fantastic arrangment. Very unusual choice for theatre organ but performed fantastic.

Utterly gorgeous and what a fantastic 2 manual Wurlitzer, I've never heard one that size sound so good, ever in my life, all of course so magnificently managed by the enormously talented Margaret. I could listen to this girl play all day, she's just amazing in my mind. What an incredible job too, to keep the beauty and versatility of the theater organ alive today and god willing into the future. These usually hugely underestimated masterpieces of musical engineering really show what they can do when played by a genius like Margaret, those stuffy classical only oranists simply don't know what they've missed in life. The joy of hearing Margaret bring Stevie Wonder to life on a 2M Wurlitzer is a treat, even for the most jaded ears!! love ya Margaret!! Adrian M Ridgeway, organist St Theresa’s Cathedral, Hamilton, Bermuda. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Even a smaller Wurlitzer has an unmistakable sound. Can't miss it. High-end Wurlitzer electronics had a good sound, too, but there is nothing quite like a pipe organ for visceral presence and dynamic range.

Marvelous utilization of a relatively small Wurlitzer creating a very big sound. Margaret is a very fine organist.

Thank you so much for posting Margaret Hall. It is marvelous to see and hear again. She's a fine organist and having more videos is such a treat. Would love it if she would reprise The Dam Busters March. Hers is my favourite interpretation.

+Will Brooks -Totally agree- her Dam Busters is the most musical of all versions. She's got a rare gift of sound engineer's ears and her 'mixes' are perfect.

Margaret Hall is great. Certainly a Claudia Hirschfeld of the Theatre Organ :D

This is wonderful! The organ sounds much larger than I suspect it is, and she handles it just beautifully!

Dean the organ is originally a 2/10 Wurlitzer of 1924 - enlarged with the addition of a Marimba, Post Horn and Krumet in the 1980's, plus a Robert Morton 16' Bass Flute (Tibia scale) on the Pedal. Marrickville Town Hall is almost cathedral-like in acoustics and aids the sound of the instrument. Hector Olivera released a 'live' double cassette set in 1989 recorded on this organ prior to its total refurbishment in 1994.

Outstanding! She “had me at hello”, as it were! As I write this comment in 2018, I hope that Stevie himself has heard it by now.
I was willing to forgive the nitpick that - it’s The *Woman* in Red. :P
