True sir. Traffic certainly sucks. Dress code is still okay i feel. If not shorts, we can surely go with t shirts, it is normalised.
But yeah, overwork is there. Leave weekdays, even in weekend we have to work. As you rightly said, favouritism is there. But surprising that it is not in amaerica.
