I had no idea where this was and the ending was a big plot twist to me.
Lmao
it sure was
Yeah 😂😂😂 same
You’re lucky if you’ve never heard of a pilonidal cyst.
Rare punchline
I had this done at IBI 4 months ago. LIFE. CHANGING. Thank you IBI!
hi i have a few questions🙏🏻 did you have a significant scar after this procedure? and how long you kept do dressing to the wound after done this?
@@xxxyyy7317 hi! the scar is so minimal, you can hardly see it, the incisions were also very small. overall the dressing stayed in place for about 2 days and sutures were in for 14 days. iodine helps to keep the area clean during that time. no time off of work for recovery and the healing process was very smooth and painless!
this was just my personal experience, obviously everyone’s medical needs/experiences vary. i hope this helps!
@@xxxyyy7317 there is no wound, no pain, immediate return to everyday life
@@armandojc mine got infected after silac, been doing my dressing for a month ugh🤦🏻♀️ it’s an open wound now i wanna cry
@@xxxyyy7317was it from IBI or no? Would you recommend it and did they tell you how it got infected? I'm soooo struggling
This is amazing! Considering the large amounts of pus and fluid drainage which normally accompany these, I'm surprised they're able to finish with a clean surgical site that will heal promptly! Just WOW! Love to see one done!
This is what happens when your the first to sleep at a sleepover.

Homies giving the free healthcare 💪
😂😂
Canadian here, can confirm that is how our free healthcare works
Well I’m glad that when i was younger they just put my hand in warm water to try and get me to pee myself in my sleep 👀 no it did not work btw 😂
Third one in my lifetime… I’m going to research this!
So much better than the old way
Ugh, agreed!!
How
the laser surgery can only be done when the pilonidal cyst is in its early stages when it’s there for a while lasers won’t do a thing and the traditional way will be the only option
@@aidas2136how early you mean
@@Hanhan-kx1xhif you feel any pain in your ass go straight to the doctor right that minute that's all I'm going to say and hope you get lucky.

Is there a list somewhere of where this procedure is being done? Specifically in the NY metropolitan area.
Read georgia and florida
THIS IS THE FUNNIEST SHIT I THOUGHT IT WAS THE SINUSES OF THE HEAD UNTIL THE LAST SECOND OF THE ANIMATION
😂😂
Why is this not standard everywhere
Absolutely agree
Great technique. I have a patient with recurrent abscesses because of a pilonidal sinus. I dont think this is offered in our country though.
Same problem tha mereko bhi but thank God mereko ache Doctor mil gae the and 2021 me treatment karwaya tha and iam 100% fit kaafi Doctors se mila mai jo kaafi kharcha bta rahe the but mere doctor ne kam paise me best treatment kia and he has experience of more than 30 years, bhai log tention nai lena bas bdia doctor se treatment krwao….
I need this done my cyst has been bothering me for 2 years now
I had mine "removed" many years ago. Lost half my crack. It looks weird- feels weird, because it still drains, which means it was never fully removed. I wonder if I could have this done and then get buttcrack plastic surgery. Gluteal cleft, I think, is the fancy medical term for buttcrack lol
Detox your body by drinking a lot of water at night go for pee 4-5 times before sleep. Change your diet do not drink water or milk/tea suddenly eating your meal just wait for 2-3 hours and don’t go for operation dont listen to these doctors
@@heatherchandler1030 THEY TOOK MY BUTTCRACK 2

I will believe you, you lost half your ass lol
@@heatherchandler1030damn how bad was ur situation or surgeon cause i got mine removed 5 days ago and i only had a few holes although the follicle was down deep
Can the same tech be used to close fistula tracks ?
I gotta say, now thats an ending with a twist (if you dont know in advance where that procedure is)
Idk if I should do this or the cutting one , def this but what the coming back percentage ?
20%
@@TheHandsomeShrek omg fr? 😧 I heard a lot of them are pretty successful though
I just figured out I have one, I would stay away from the open surgery if possible. The wound healing process is much longer with the other open surgery options; and I’ve heard horror stories about multiple recurrences with those methods. I’d rather get this or just deal with it, thats better than having multiple surgeries with weeks of painful post op recovery.
@@eliwilliams4686 well i’m here to tell my story I’ve had 3 surgeries so far only because of the surgeons. I started having major pain issues while sitting so I decided to go to a surgeon. First I had an incision then it healed in about 2 weeks. Another 1-2 weeks passed and it started hurting again so this time I went to a different hospital. There I was told that it might’ve reoccurred because the incision cut was too small to get it all out and then the surgeon did an incision but a bigger one and cut out a little piece of my skin and put a bandage in it so i basically had an open wound for all the pus to eventually drain. Then I had to show up everyday to my local surgeon to change bandages everyday and she said that everything looks perfect they did a good cut. Time passed it didn’t even finish healing when I felt the pain while sitting again. I went to my local surgeon again and she said that is it you need an excision surgery. That same day I went for the surgery. Turns out i had a big hair follicle deep down inside my skin and had it removed sutured. Post surgery symptoms were horrible but I recovered and now I know for sure that it won’t be reoccurring again because the problem is gone. I don’t know why other people are saying that half of their butts are gone because I had a really big one and it was really deep. Maybe because some people wait too long and it expands sideways maybe because of that. Also laser surgery is only good in really early stages when it’s only started to develop
I've had both done. Definitely do the surgery if you are able. Pain was the equivalent of having the cyst, so it's nothing you haven't felt. Recovery for me was about 2-3 weeks. I have a small scar (about 3 inches, but to be fair, i was told my cyst was abnormally large so that may be why) but id rather have that than the pain from the cyst. I had my surgery 8 years ago and have not had one problem since. Getting it cut (lanced), there's always risk of it coming back, which varies from person to person. It could be 2 weeks or 12 years. With surgery, there's peace of mind that it definitely won't be back. If you can't do surgery, then at least get it cut and hope you fall into that "12 years" category.
Is there any hospital in India?
Who can perform this?? Please suggest. It's an emergency.
Thank you 🙏
Intimate clinic in Indore Dr. Nilesh K. Dhaheriya I've visited him he is expert in this
There is a lot of hospital search on Google
Seems super comfortable
I thought they fill something after removal or is it different laser method?
believe this method doesn’t require that. only the old methods where they take way too much skin/fat out. tho idk exactly how the laser pushes the skin together and seals it up like tjat
@@noynayru I believe it has the same effect as cauterizing a wound to stop bleeding. It essentially burns the tissue together.
Wonder if they can do this HS cysts?
Yeah that would be amazing. Maybe finally a treatment which works!
Something that really made a difference for myself was using a body wash called Octenisan by Schulke. It is available as an OTC disinfectant body wash, but it has almost stopped my HS flares completely. I only see something maybe twice a year and that too because I might have been careless or stressed.
You two can surely try it, it was recommended to me by a doctor in the NHS.
Good question. HS is so frustrating for both the patient and the doctor.
Had it done the old way twice took 6 months to heal . Packing the big hole with medicated gauze . But that was 20 yrs ago
Is this available in Canada
Wow thats a one of a kind ending 😂 hahaha get it? Hahahahahhahahha pun intended hahahahha 😂
What are these ports for to begin with??? Please someone answer!!
For tail
I need this! Where and how many thousands of dollars is this?
4k florida
Isso. Pode ser feito para custo no epididimo?
Looks like same laser used for kidney stones!
Surgery Ruppi kithna??
Is there a list of places in Canada that may perform this? I have had 2 surgeries (last on 2019) and then this year I’ve had swelling 2 times, currently it’s inflamed and I really don’t want to have any more surgeries.
Talk to a doctor first, but I think this is probably still only done in a few countries.
I remember asking about the "fibrous glue" option that they do in the UK with my doctor they said "we don't do that" and I had a surgery.
If I could have gotten this instead, I probably wouldn't have a scar now.
Almost similar to me. I had my first surgery in 2020. The. It came back and I had to have another surgery last week. I did not know this was an option. All my serve on did was go in and remove tissue. Leaving the wound to heal from the inside out. As I’m typing this I am lying in bed because my lower back is sore and I have a wound vac.
Is this safe?
#MADyyyy🤭😅😂🤣
I thought. . . Sinus.. But(t) then. . . (Pun unintented🤭)🤭😂🤣
Can’t take a screenshot.. Can’t copy links.. Can’t even click those 3 dots..ㅠㅠ I wonder if I can save this in a playlist?
U must be the un-funny guy in your school
I have no idea why humans have this…
The small hairs falling from head get stuck near buttt hole sometimes and get absorbed by skin, that's why it's important to bath regularly and wash that area thoroughly. Mostly unhygienic people get this, because hair get so much time there that it get absorbed in the skin.
@@j12325that's completely false and shaming people who get this 🙄
@@lauraska95 i think i am right. Hair cannot just get absorbed in a span of a day. Obviously it takes time.

I definitely have a bad luck... my cyst has reoccured 1.5 yrs after the laser surgery ... i don't want to get another surgery so soon 😰
Why that much delay to recover
Why don't you guys bath regularly? If you clean yourself then hair will not get time to get absorbed in the skin😢
