INGREDIENTS:
Sponge ~
4 eggs
1/2 cup or 100g sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1/8 or 1 pinch salt
1/4 cup or 54g or 60ml oil
1 cup or 125g flour
Caramel sauce ~
1/2 cup 100g sugar
3 tbsp or 40g butter at room temperature
1/4 cup heavy cream at room temperature
Milk syrup ~
1 + 1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup condensed milk
1/4 cup heavy cream

কেকটা আগের দিন পুরোপুরি রেডি করে পরদিন সন্ধা বা রাত পর্যন্ত কি পারফেক্ট থাকবে? ক্যারামেলের পার্টটা বিশেষ করে।
