Hidden Blade Requires Sacrifice of a Finger

I don’t remember, but I believe Ezio AC II had the hidden blade normal side, with no sacrifice of a finger?
Hey everyone, we have some AC newbies...the missing finger was explained in Origins and was more of a homage ritual to Bayek (Darius had a hidden blade during this time without cutting off his finger) than a requirement to use the weapon 🤨

Bayek had the first hidden blade in that sense (besides Darius) and lost his finger due to the mechanism being very simple in design. The design carried on for a long time until it was redesigned and upgraded by Leonardo Da Vinci.
The finger sacrifice was partly to stand in unity and pay homage/respect to Bayek, who basically founded the Assassins Guild.. And because losing a finger in a difficult fight could easily end up in your death since you'd lose focus for at least a moment from the pain.
So overall it was a safety measure, to signify unity with eachother, and to pay homage to Bayek
And to explain why Darius didn't have to cut his finger off.. He used the blade in the intended position. Bayek doesn't lose his finger no matter how many assassinations you do, but only when he was cornered and the blade was his last escape.. Which ended up how it did.
It was just an accident, but future assassins prevented the possibility of the accident by sacrificing the finger
In 1430 (or around that time) the blade was modified and it no longer required a sacrifice, like Leonardo said in ac II. But the Italian brotherhood still marked the finger of the assassins with fire, as we see with Ezio.

@@FlorentineNoble Ubisoft fired him because he wanted to end the series after AC III, because of Desmond's death. Ubisoft saw that Assassin's Creed was making them mad cash so they fired the guy just to continue the series
Which is concerning in itself because Black Flag while a fun pirate sim, it was the worst one story and assassin wise.
GunGun Trio it still had ac elements like Templar’s,Assassins and hidden blades it wasn’t like odyssey where it forgot what series it was a part of

So far this game seems to be good. It it has what we can assume are templars, what we can assume is an assassin and, again, what we can assume is a good storyline. So far it looks better than an RPG game that is hardly related to AC. I didn’t mind those games but it didn’t feel like assassins creed. Whereas I think this one will be either going back to its roots or changing it up due to the increase of people disliking the way they have made the past games

There's gonna be the Creed in this game because of the logo. Odyssey didn't have Creed logo on it and there was no Creed in the game either but on the other hand Origins had it, and Origins had the Creed in the game. O B V I O U S F A C T S
Creed didn't exist in the time of odyssey but we can see through Darius the foundation and the cult of cosmos is something like the first templar order
