Always nice seeing you revisiting cars you raced before - but here's an idea to spice things up by adding another layer of unpredicability and headache: add mandatory pitstops.

I really like these cars and I like the tough AI that pulls out like they did in the real world, a title that in VR remains the top and will be for a long time to come 😊👍
I'd love more titles at this level in VR as it's more to race on.......Just hasn't happened yet!

I wonder what Reiza is cooking with their IMSA license. People are talking left and right about Sebring, which I think will happen. Some also speak about Road Atlanta. I think they will try to expand the current GT3g2/LMDh grid and bring new cars and/or manufacturers.
The Corvette Z06, since they already have a partnership with Chevrolet. Maybe they will try AGAIN to bring the Aston Martin to AMS2, because yes, there was an Aston Martin GT3g1 being worked. And then, maybe Acura or Lexus. I don't believe in Ferrari or Lamborghini or Ford. These suckers are expensive as f.
LMDh I think they will try the Acura or the Peugeot (France is "latin flavoured"). As for the rest, I believe they'll try and bring the Oreca LMP2s. Maybe even the Ligier LMP3 which raced in 2023 IMSA. Personally, I'd love to have the Mazda MX-5 Cup since everybody loves these cars.

I'm late to the party but am I right to think you are running VR on an oculus Rift S and an RTX 3080? I've got a Quest 3 and a 4080 but have been wondering if the DP input on the riftS offsets some of the lens/res advantage of the Q3. Have you ever had chance to compare the two?
Hold on to your cycle helmet.........I'm running a Rift S on a 1080ti!!!!!!!!!! I have run a quest 2 on there and yest the resolution is a key issue to FPS.
@@hereward1971 Interesting! So the RiftS gives you higher fps than the Q2- albeit at lower max res?
Less pixels to push, think like it's a monitor, run a game on a 1080 monitor and get 120fps, now run the same game, same settings on a 4k monitor and you'll get 60fps.......more pixels less fps. balancing act, what can your card push out happily and set your vr acordingly.
The Skyline is excellent under accel and through the corners, but it sucks in a straight line.
Yeah, be a quick race win if it was a monster in the straights too ;) cars well balanced in the field now.
