I've eaten there. It's my favorite restaurant in the world. The way I eat that taco is to cut it in thirds, and eat it like 3 tacos. Delicious.

It was the late great Anthony Bourdain that said it best the tortilla is the perfect vessel you can fill it with anything I run a small taco joint in South Texas breakfast tacos is our specialty. A simple as beans and cheese our Wally taco which is eggs ,patatoes , cheese and breakfast sausage beans it's very popular!!

Looks good!...the size of that taco reminds me of the Juan in a Million "Don Juan" breakfast plate here in Austin.
Those tacos look so good! And I've never seen a taco anywhere near as big as those at that restaurant. I'm a California guy who's visiting Brownsville.

My wife and I order just one and it's more than enough for both of us . It depends where you are in South Texas it's a taco in other places it's a burrito but whatever you call them it's good . My favorite is carne guisada .
