Thanks for your video ! After one month or more of trials, dit you find your plasma cutter to work properly and consistently ? I am thinking about buying the same for my THC. Until now I only had a cheap Parkside plasma cutter for my trials while building the CNC. Not bad for its price, but not especially suitable for a CNC use.
Another question, do you use the "Arc Starting signal output" from your cutter ? I am not sure if my CNC can get such a signal (I use GrblHAL and the board is T41U5XBB, from Phil Barrett) But still I would be glad to now if the arc starting on time and on demand is reliable and consistent. My current plasma cutter only starts or maintain its arc 9 times out of ten "M3" Gcode commands. It may seem a lot, bu you can lose a lot of time getting back to each missed cut.
