Bolted together blogs - the elements OCR and the air ambulance

Just realised this was up and unlisted. I wasn’t 100% happy with it but it’s up now anyway. 🤷‍♂️
A few weeks ago Alex and I were privileged enough to go to the KSS air ambulance base, check out their training spaces, find out about the team, and learn more about what they do. It helped hammer home why this year is so important to me, why raising awareness matters and where the money goes.
We also got the chance to tick another challenge off the list of 12 as we ran the elements 8km OCR. BOOM.
