You need to do a part two of this video, there's a Dagger of Time that you collect somewhat early in the game and use to do things such as rewind, fast forward, and pause time, and defeat sand monsters. The Dagger of Time functions and possibly the water zones that increase your health would be a nice comparison for a video like this.
The Xbox version is the most complete package, offering the best performance, sound, and the most amount of content. Prince of Persia 2: The Shadow and the Flame is exclusive to this release. The GCN version is also solid if you can get past the highly compressed audio and lack of Prince of Persia 2 extra, but interestingly enough, it does have more vibrant worlds and seemingly more detailed textures than both of the other console versions. The PS2 version, on the other hand, is inferior in just about every aspect to the other versions and comes with a fewer amount of extras, lacking Prince of Persia 2 and the Making Of Featurette. Not featured in this video, but the PC version is definitely the worst of the four especially because it doesn’t feature a single extra from the console versions.
@Bread And Circuses Master Race my ass. Not every game is best experienced on PC. There are many shoddy PC ports out there. This game isn’t even better on PC because it’s missing content.

Need For Speed Hot Pursuit 2 had PS2 as the lead developer platform and despite being stuck at 480i unlike the other two consoles and PC, it looked the best with real reflections and dynamic lighting. Thus NFS Underground 1 and 2 had the same engine and those reflections were never figured out on the other platforms. I'd say the only true mustard games are the ones you wouldn't want a controller for.
The PS3 version is my favorite even though it's not shown. From that list, Xbox looks best and has the extra unlock that none of the other versions have.

I played the GBA version back in the time, and I think it is a great platformer! The animations are superb for the hardware.
