Hi ! I’m studying medecine and this feeling is definitely hormonal and also seasonal (vitamin D club ahahha) ! In our monthly change in hormones, the feelings we have are really impacted ! (Don’t know if a complete “lecture” would be of interest here ahahha so I’m stopping here) Love ♡
Have not studied medicine, but I believe the hormonal change that takes place during your luteal phase (post ovulation up to the start of your period) is often linked to this feeling. Then during you period there is a hormonal shift again that affects people negatively up until the next phase starts post period. This happens to me every cycle! Often people feel the best and most attractive up to and during ovulation - mother natures way of trying to convince you to get pregnant! lol

Knowing how you physically, emotionally & mentally react to each of your triggers can be challenging, but you continuing to find solutions & answers to your problems is important & inspirational. Btw, easiest way to check for scoliosis is to keep your legs/feet together & bend over like you’re trying to touch your toes while Connor stands behind you. If you think your spine looks or feels crooked/curved, see your GP so they can do a physical exam & imaging of your spine (if needed) to confirm the diagnosis & clarify how severe the degree of curvature is. With that said, it’s important to note that while it is possible for an adult to develop scoliosis, it’s more likely that carrying Koazy on one hip more often than the other is the reason for developing a curve in your back/hips & not because of a debilitating spinal condition.

I feel you Liana!! Ive been feeling the exact same and I ended up getting diagnosed with PMS. Half the month, I feel like I can contour the world. I feel good about myself and confident with my life. Then, two weeks before im due. I start to pick at myself in the mirror and I feel like my clothes don't fit me right and I have no energy to do anything. :) Its hard to beat the mindset sometimes but I remind myself progress is still progress no matter how big or small. So keep the confidence series going! The little things are the big! 😊❤️

Hey Liana! Loved the video! Currently giving myself a glow up haha! As a girl who's had scoliosis correcting surgery, if you feel like it may be a possibility and it worries you then get it checked! My shoulder blade stuck out a lot more than the other and that's how my mum noticed (as I bent down to reach stuff so my back was flat like a table!). Please don't worry as if you have got it then it will probably be very mild and be correctable with a brace!! Sending lots of love!!💖💖
i always think your makeup looks great, but if you’re having trouble with it creasing, i recommend using minimal makeup where it creases and only setting using powder where you don’t get creases. there’s no way to stop creasing completely, but this way, there’s less makeup to crease and you can easily tap out where it’s settled in your lines without it looking cakey. it used to happen to me all of the time and i’ve found this works for me
