First off, I'm so thankful Ashton walked away at Dega. His health and safety as with any driver are first and foremost. Now, Great score HTF Podcast. You guys are knocking it out of the park. Terbo would be a fun guest and I think Jason Feger, who I think tuned in and showed up in the comments on one of your first. Jason would be a great guest with his perspective of regional midwest racing as he has very deep roots there. This podcast channel was a great idea.
It don’t matter the race or the track he’s always a threat to win. Drives like he stole it and loves to win and makes good decisions on track in split seconds. He’s a fun dude too. That was a big pick up signing him to the series this year for sure.
I watched Winger flip during qualifying at LaSalle back in 21 and honestly after that night I became a fan of his cause he came back to the feature and had a really solid run
Have you ever thought about a rent a crew chief for a few nights? The things you can learn just from a fresh set of eyes is amazing. Above all else NOTES, AND MORE NOTES.
Speaking of pranking people, One of my old coworkers called a radio station and told them. The co owner of the company had tickets to Kid Rock and couldn't go. The phone company shut his phone off!!! And called the company to see what the hell was going on.
Have you seen some of the tracks up north? Racing 3 wide multiple lines running on the wall sparks flying. Go down south they race at 1am holes all over can't get on the cushion bottom line every night. The racing past midnight is just stupid. In my opinion
Imo it's not even close with either if I had to rate tracks I have been to or watched on TV it would go Midwest, west coast, east coast, then the south. Did you see the track the htf team ran mods on just a nightmare bumpy as sh**. And we saw last race with winger you get on the cushion you're about to flip. Once again imo to each their own.
Thanks for having Ashton on. Awesome dude he should be on more often.

Great interview. It is really nice to be able to match the face and driver rather than only knowing the car number. Looking forward to more. Thanks!
His approach comes across here and highlights the difference in results.
You hear he's going testing, u know I think it would help Jo Jo to do more testing, they don't seem to do much of it.
He's going testing for 1 reason, He wreck his primary car at Talladega, testing new car.
This dude is EPIC!!! just gained a new fan..go get em ashton!!
Awesome interview! Good luck this year Ashton
Great show, really enjoyed hearing from Ashton and glad to hear he is in good shape after the flip 👍
I watched his win at cedar lake. Freaking awesome!
Great interview. Ashton drives just like his personality.
Love seeing the Wingers at Talladega. They always show up ripping out there.
Thanks guys for having this show,

Fantastic interview!!
My son and I race at bethel in New York didn’t know you came there
Gonna be the 2024 world 100 winner if he shows
Ashton "Airforce" Winger definetly brings excitement to a race. I may have to sign up for hunt the front this year. Can you stream with a Roku?
Last time I flipped like that the J Bar broke to cause it. Did something break before the flip?
I know there are alot of fam here I the midwest that will miss not having him on the summer nationals
Awesome interview
Hope you guys keep posting these on the Patreon feed, I just can’t do podcasts on CZcams
Ashton went through a classic "roll and candlestick". Some of those can be really bad. He's a lucky man.
What's wrong with the southern tracks? It's the home of dirt racing. Winger's comments about tracks surprised me.
Not very racey compare to most places
The tracks down south rubber up and get one lane really bad
2023 hell tour champ
Ashton reminds me a lot of Kenny Wallace

Winger is a nut
Sux!!! I picked him to win at dega
HTF come to farmer city with Ashton
I liked this guy until he said the tracks in the south were dumpy tracks, cmon man!

@@bradgarner9087 Ya he was meaning more along the lines of facilities, there are great tracks everywhere north and south, and bad tracks everywhere.
@@bradgarner9087 I guess I couldve misheard it and he said "bumpy" idk
They are in comparison to most northern tracks. Not the entire facility, just the racing surface.
